A wonderful place to relax with a friendly and hole-free welcome. A beautiful B&B with a pleasant garden.

We were warmly welcomed by Robert and Jeanne. Their working cognac estate is absolutely beautiful. So peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful and Jeanne was quick to supply us with plates and silverware so we could dine there. There is also a lovely sitting area. Very comfortable rooms and beds.

Excellent stop at Francis's, very very friendly and pleasant. The place was spotless, the bedding was very comfortable. Recommended without hesitation!! Thank you so much for the refreshments upon arrival and for the tasting of Pineau des Charentes!

Thierry and his family were extremely attentive to our needs and pleasant. The only host of our France trip with some command of English, Thierry was very easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations for local restaurants in Mansle (mahn-zool) and the area. I wish we had more time to stay and explore the area more. Off-street parking was behind a gated entrance with remote entry for easy coming and going. Plus the sleepy village of Chateau Renaud was easily walkable, day or night, down to the beautiful Charente River. My heart is now in the Charente region. i just don't live there. (Side note) This home is just off the corner of D61 and D361 intersection.

Pascale responded very quickly from the first contacts via the messaging. I was very well received from the beginning of my stay to the end.
