The cottage: La Séguinette A lively, refreshing place where a stream flows, home to frogs, kingfishers etc... you will have access to your hosts' swimming pool (June to mid-September) access hours between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. plancha and garden furniture will be at your disposal. Located 12 km from Saintes which is crossed by the Charente in the Saintonge. 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean (La Rochelle, Royan, La Palmyre, Île d'Oléron) and near Cognac in the Charente region.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Townhouse ideally located in Cognac. In a very quiet area, 8 minutes walk from Place François 1er, the Public Garden (where the Cognac Blues Passion Festival takes place) or the Cognac Festival site. Free street parking is available. The house has a very cozy exterior without any overlook where you can quietly have lunch and dinner on the terrace or cool off in the pool in summer (2 m X 2 m x 0.64 m). Bathroom towels and bedding are provided.

self-contained housing

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
