Located in the old bread oven of the mill, this studio, charming cottage, is perfect for a relaxing stay by the river. The property has a large wooded park of 8000 m2 bordered by the river. It is located between the city of Saintes (5 min) and the city of Cognac (18 min) and close to the ocean (40 min from Royan and 1h10 from the island of Oléron). The gîte has a small kitchen with the necessities. Sheets and towels are provided.
