The beautiful Charentaise estate will be delighted to welcome you to a wooded and flowered park, with heated pool, located in the middle of the vineyards 15 minutes from the Jonzac spa and 40 minutes from the ocean. We offer the 40 sqm bed and breakfast that can accommodate up to 5 people, with a continental breakfast served in the reception room. The major asset is the calm and relaxation that reigns in the Charentaise maritime countryside.

Independent access/Breakfast/Kitchenette

You will appreciate our studio for its calm and proximity to the city center (1000m) and the train station (750m), without the disturbances! Studio with independent entrance, of our dwelling ( 3 steps to access), with a private terrace on a landscaped garden. Guest(s), you will find in our home a green and calming environment for a break. Check-in will be according to our respective availability, we agree on a check-in time together.

Le Grenier du Logis

Located on the historic site of the Château d 'Aujac, this former wine house is nestled in the heart of the cognac vineyards in the countryside, in a bucolic park of 5 ha crossed by a river . Le Logis offers two bedrooms: Le Grenier, a former grain attic that can accommodate up to 4 guests and L 'atelier,(registered on Airbnb under the Logis workshop), a small fully private house by the water that can accommodate up to 3 guests.

Tess Cottage Bed and Breakfast "La Champagne" Room

The bedroom called "La Champagne" is upstairs and has its own bathroom (sink and shower) as well as the toilet on the landing. Spacious and yellow pastel straw color, there are touches of blue that give it a shabby style sticky to the cottage spirit of the house. Thanks to an adjoining bedroom composed of two single beds, it is possible to accommodate 4 people. This green room retains the country spirit with its exposed beams.

On the 13th floor sheets and breakfast optional

On the floor of our Charentaise house you will have a bedroom with a bed of 140 by 200, or modifiable in 2 beds of 90. The bathroom is to be shared with the owners. The room is rented without sheets or towels, to allow you to have a reduced rate. If you need sheets and towels it is possible with an additional charge of €8. Breakfast with extra charge €6 per person. Please let us know when booking.

Charming air-conditioned room with its own bathroom

A nice room in a rubble house. A particularly quiet setting in a small hamlet of four houses. For people who want peace this is a place to be missed. The large cool living room in summer, with its beautiful fireplace and wood burning stove in winter offers you an extra comfort. The bedroom can be set up with a queen size bed or two 80cm wide beds. Please clarify your choice for the reservation.

B&B La Seugne (garden+swimming pool+breakfast)

The Clos des Grands Frênes opened in September 2022, offers the room La Seugne which can accommodate up to 4 people. This Charentaise house has a garden of 1700m2, with a small forest where 2 hammocks are waiting for you for a little nap after a few laps in the pool. Breakfast is included. Located in the heart of the medieval city of Pons, close to Saintes, Cognac, Jonzac and Royan.
