Our stay in Charente-Maritime went very well thanks to this welcoming house, very clean, warm, the responsiveness and delicate touches of the owners , we highly recommend this house.

Beautiful house in a very pleasant village with multiple attractions. In short, it was an unforgettable stay with very welcoming and accommodating hosts.

2 night stay at Emmanuel's place in Angouleme on the road to Cognac. A comfortable and spacious apartment feeling like being at home for our small group of 8 people with a large terrace that we unfortunately could not enjoy. A possible free parking nearby. Emmanuel was an accommodating host with our arrival and departure times.

Great stay at Olivier's house. Good location with a nice local market in the street opposite on Thursdays and Sundays. Very quiet at night. Lots of toys for kids to play with and a big garden for them to enjoy. Recommended.

This was our third stay at Vincent's and we are still so satisfied. We highly recommend! The place is in a strategic location for those who love tranquility but want all the amenities of a small town nearby.

Nice place, with a very nice little garden to drink the apero facing the sunset. Close to the city center, and shops, while being quiet, what better to dream of?! And thank you again to Nicolas for hosting us!

The house is very comfortable with an excellent well designed kitchen and living area It is very close to the train station , the river and the centre of town The beds are comfortable and bedrooms spacious

Very pleasant stay in this loft during our weekend. The floor is a little low ceiling, and the bedrooms and kitchen do not have windows, but that doesn't bother us. We will keep a good memory of this stay.

Townhouse and its garden very nice, nicely furnished and decorated. We immediately felt very good there as soon as we arrived. Nothing is missing. Located in the city center, easy and free street parking. A little noise following the passage of cars from 7am because I sleep with the window open. But the quality of the home quickly makes us forget this small inconvenience;)) Responsive and accommodating host ( concierge). I recommend it +++

I only regret one thing: having only stayed one night and not enjoying this great place. Well located, spacious home, nice and very peaceful little garden. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Wendy’s property is perfect. Everything was spotless and very well equipped. We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the lovely private garden. We could walk to the centre of the town which was quite historical. Although we didn’t go to any restaurants there were several to choose from. A large LeClerc supermarket is a short drive away. Wendy is very kind and was there to meet us on our arrival. She made us very welcome. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. We would definitely recommend this beautifully renovated property.

This place is comfortable and as described. The decoration is pretty and done with care. Our stay went well in this house that has everything to make your stay enjoyable. The place is friendly and offbeat. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive. I can only recommend this place if you want to stay in the area.
