Set in 22 acres of meadows and woods and is bordered on three sides by a gentle river. The cottage is rural but very near to two villages with all amenities. There are local markets, loads of nearby attractions and superb restaurants. This is an excellent area to totally relax and experience the pleasures of the Dordogne.

We have an above ground pool, boules area, BBQs, outside kitchen with dining terrace and cosy fire pit area. Surprisingly peaceful, but within walking distance of restaurants, bakeries, shops and market. Local activities include the Rejallant canoeing centre.

A beautiful stone cottage set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. A 200 year old exterior, with very modern 'Boutique Hotel' style interior with every comfort.
