You are located 5 minutes from Montemboeuf where you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher shop, bars... You are located 2 hours from Royan, 1H from Cognac, 30 minutes from Angouleme, 15 minutes from the high charming lakes. You have several hiking trails nearby, including Terra Aventura tours that will allow you to discover the history and heritage of the area.

Criteuil la Magdeleine: lovely place

Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is approximately one hour away. Quality Restaurant in the Village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It is a very simple but well-equipped accommodation.

Brand new and very bright country house

The house in Blanzac is brand new, with two independent levels. You will be on the ground floor, the land being sloping. It is located at the top of the village (and not in the village as on the map). Entrance, large living room, 1 master bedroom (1.60 m bed) with ensuite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 2 bunk beds, with shower and sink in the bedroom. Very bright, full west, swimming pool and superb views of the countryside.

You’re spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, with a range of restaurants to eat at. You may then want to burn off a few calories, kayaking down the stunning Charente river.

Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55M2) fully refurbished. A room with a river view, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we make at your disposal. Attention the staircase leading to the cottage is quite narrow and steep and not suitable for people with disabilities as well as some people with mobility difficulties
