We are in easy driving distance of the Atlantic coast, historic towns, and cycling trails. Private and group yoga and Pilates classes are offered for a fee on-site. We look forward to welcoming you.

It is clean and comfortable with it's own exclusive jacuzzi and decking with views of the lake. In the countryside on the border of the Haute Vienne and Charente regions, off the beaten track yet near to amenities such as local bar, a short drive to the Charente Leisure lakes with beaches and restaurants. Rochechouart has a choice of supermarkets and a Chateau.

La maison de Blanzac est neuve, avec deux niveaux indépendants. Vous serez au rez-de-chaussée, le terrain étant en pente. Elle est située en haut du village. Entrée, grande pièce à vivre, 1 chambre parentale (lit 1,60m) avec salle de bains attenante, et 1 chambre avec 1 lit double (140 cm) et 2 lits superposés, avec douche et lavabo dans la chambre. Très clair, plein ouest, piscine et vue superbe sur la campagne. Caméra Verisure dans l'entrée, non activée et avec un cache si j'oublie...

Nearby is a small supermarket, bakery, restaurant, as well as a river and several walking paths. A recreational area (tennis, basketball, pétanque) in the municipality. Activities such as canoeing, tree climbing, lake... are available in the surrounding villages (about 15 km) and you will have the opportunity to visit many beautiful small villages with their restaurant that will serve you our good Périgord products. A perfect place to put your bags down and feel at home.

You are located 5 minutes from Montemboeuf where you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, bars... You are located 2 hours from Royan, 1 hour from Cognac, 30 minutes from Angoulême, 15 minutes from the Haute Charente lakes. There are several hiking trails nearby, including Terra Aventura trails that will allow you to discover the history and heritage of the area.

The Gîte de la Vivetrie is an annex of our main house of 70 m2. Located in the heart of the South Charente countryside, 8 km from Barbezieux Saint Hilaire and close to the vineyards. Enjoy the tranquility of the premises in a 3000 m² property that is fully fenced and has no neighbors. From May to September enjoy our sun-exposed pool In addition, don't hesitate to book a relaxing moment directly at the cottage or by the pool with our masseuse.

Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility

In the heart of the Domaine du Haras d'Alsy, discover this superb independent 60 m2 T3 apartment, which can accommodate 4 people. You will find every comfort, in a New York loft-style decor. In addition, it is 25 minutes from Saint-Jean d'Angely Aquatic Park. The nearby town of Aulnay has all the local shops.
