We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

We welcome you to a former wine estate located in the heart of a small hamlet in the municipality of SAINT BRICE, a stone's throw from COGNAC (5 minutes' drive to all amenities) and 5 minutes from the GOLF de COGNAC. The cottage is located on the banks of the CHARENTE, suitable for hiking or cycling (possibility to store bicycles). You can also discover the region by car: ANGOULEME (30 minutes) LA ROCHELLE (1 hr 15 minutes), BORDEAUX (1 hr 30 minutes) and the beaches of the ATLANTIC.
