The accommodation is located at the foot of the Mairie de Clichy metro station, in a very commercial and lively neighborhood. Good restaurant addresses are a stone's throw away, lines 13 and 14 take you in a few stops to the center of Paris. The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160 cm bed, the children's room has a 120 cm double bed for 2 people + 1 single bed, the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

You can both visit Paris very easily (metro 13 and 14, and tram 10 min walk) as well as rest quietly on the terrace (barbecue, deckchairs). The house is 85 m2 on four open levels, including two bedrooms each with their own bathroom.
