Holiday rentals with a patio in Clichy

Astrid's apartment is impeccable, completely refurbished, in an extremely quiet area (we didn't hear any noise), very courteous and charming neighbours… We slept very well, the accommodation is functional and very tasteful (which doesn't spoil anything and everything was very clean. The view is just incredible although a little far from Paris, even if it is obviously well connected... Impeccable for a tourist stay where you take your time. Astri was very proactive, her indications were very clear and received in a timely manner. Thank you again Astrid… Like the previous comments: you can go there with your eyes closed!!!

The apartment is pretty nice. The property was sufficiently clean. It has all the necessary appliances. The instructions are very clear. Everything was very good.

We highly recommend this stay! 🔹 Safe & quiet area Peaceful neighborhood with a nearby school. We felt safe, even walking at night. 🔹 Convenient location 2 supermarkets and a metro station are within 10 mins. Very handy for daily needs. Few restaurants nearby, so plan meals ahead. 🔹 Simple & comfy room Clean, cozy, on the 2nd floor — easy and pleasant to stay in. 🔹 Washer-dryer issue The machine is quite loud, especially during spin. We used it at night, thinking it was okay, but it disturbed the neighbors — really sorry 😢 We were out most days, so timing laundry became difficult. We even had to skip parts of our trip to avoid late-night use. This was the only downside for us. ✨ Aside from that, everything was great. The host was kind and responsive. Apologies again to the neighbors 🥲

What a beautiful home! I felt instantly relaxed and calm here, its beautifully decorated and you will have everything you need, the house was quiet and a very comfortable bed too. I would love to come back one day!

Amei every detail of the apartment. Super comfy bed, wonderful pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms working everything and neatly organized. The totally safe place, we arrived at night super late and the region totally safe. Towels are fluffy and smelling, with soft and smelling bedding. Cleaning is ten. I will definitely return with my family. The host completely understood us everything. Thank you!

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

Beautiful apartment, very enjoyable. After a day of hiking and walking, it's lovely to relax on the balcony surrounded by nature in the gated community.It's close to metro line 13, and you're in the city center in 15 minutes.There is a supermarket less than 50 meters away.Clarisse is a very attentive and friendly host. Highly recommended.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome – a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

I had a lovely stay at this place. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and as described. Ms Milka is a very welcoming, kind and respectful person. She really knows how to put people at ease and makes herself available if you need anything. We immediately feel at home. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally – that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
