The accommodation is located at the foot of the Mairie de Clichy metro station, in a very commercial and lively neighborhood. Good restaurant addresses are a stone's throw away, lines 13 and 14 take you in a few stops to the center of Paris. The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160 cm bed, the children's room has a 120 cm double bed for 2 people + 1 single bed, the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

500 m from metro line 7 direct historic center PARIS (Louvre, Opera, Chatelet), you will be in the center of PARIS in 20 minutes. 19 minutes by taxi from ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE airport. Charming 1920s house of 40 m2, fully renovated by an architect. Very quiet and residential area, close to all shops. NETFLIX included. NB: I only rent to people who already have positive reviews on Airbnb. The pool and terrace are not accessible with this reservation.

Come and spend a few days in this small, cozy, very bright "studio" house completely separate from our main home. Small self-contained outbuilding with kitchenette, bathroom, private toilet and garden. 10 minutes from the train station that takes you to Paris in 12 minutes. 25 minutes from La Défense business center and 30 minutes from the U Arena concert hall. Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 5 minutes' walk from Paris, in an old 19th century working-class city with its small colorful houses. You can both visit Paris very easily (metro 13 and 14, and tram 10 min walk) as well as rest quietly on the terrace (barbecue, deckchairs). The house is 85 m2 on four open levels, including two bedrooms each with their own bathroom.
