This is a refurbished apartment, very bright, comfortable and well-equipped, 45 m2, located on the twelfth floor offering a superb view from the balcony (5.5 m2) of Paris and La Défense. La Défense is a 5-minute bus ride from the accommodation (15-minute walk) and Paris is 15 minutes away (5-minute walk + 10-minute train ride). For sports and entertainment lovers, it is also a 30-minute walk to Paris La Défense Arena. This listing is my primary residence, it is very important to me; I love it very much.

This apartment is where we live… and it makes the difference in terms of equipments ! Situated in the heart of Clichy, with all amenities, our apartment is half an hour by public transportations from the main touristic areas (Tour Eiffel, Champs Élysée, Montmartre…), whith one connection maximum. In the main room, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, and a large connected TV. Facing south, ONLY the living room and parent’s room are equipped with AC. Connected TVs in every room.
