The "Sumpfteich" vacation apartment in idyllic Buntenbock offers everything for a wonderful break in the Harz Mountains on a generous 95 m² of space. This apartment is the ground floor unit of the vacation home HARZ & SOUL and offers plenty of space for up to 4 vacation guests. Eventful days in the Harz Mountains can be ended here in the private sauna and in front of the fireplace. In the large bedroom there is a workplace. In the living room, a comfortable box-spring sofa bed (1.60 x 2 m) offers additional sleeping space.

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

The 50m² non-smoking apartment (own entrance via external staircase, not wheelchair accessible) with underfloor heating has an approx. 20 m² terrace with a garden table, garden chairs and a parasol. My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.

The Zum Jakobi 4 is right in the heart of Goslar's old town. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including stove and induction cooktop and dishwasher. In the living area there is a smart TV and a dining area and free Wi-Fi. The pedestrian zone with shopping and several attractions are a few minutes' walk away. A parking permit for free parking in the side streets is available.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
