The Montecristo four-room apartment, 200 meters from Fetovaia beach, is a large vacation home with a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat and relax in the shade of the wooden and bamboo pergola. Here you will find a living room, a double bedroom plus a single bedroom and a double bedroom. The third bedroom is double and the bathrooms have a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. It has air conditioning, a ventilation system with ceiling blades, a second outdoor shower and a reserved outdoor parking space.

Lovely two-room apartment located in front of the Gulf of Portoferraio, completely new and surrounded by greenery, consisting of a large double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and outdoor terrace equipped with table and BBQ. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and private parking are also available for guests. Within 500 meters, there are bars/tobacco shops, a restaurant/pizzeria, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a beach with ample free parking.

On two levels, it is located 40 meters from the sea. It has a private outdoor with washing machine, barbecue and shower, equipped with awning, table and chairs. On the ground floor, it consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and sofa. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a spacious terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and deck chairs. Both rooms have independent access. Terrace also accessible from outside.

My place is located in the town of Patresi, a district of the Municipality of Marciana, in the western part of the Island of Elba, facing Corsica. From the terrace, you can admire beautiful panoramic views. You'll love my place for these reasons: the location, the outdoor spaces, the views, the reserved parking a few meters from the house, and a parking lot a few meters from the beach. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

Casa Nicola

In a suburban area but close to all the essential services, the "Casa Nicola" apartment has a single studio room with a bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, a small barbecue and a sun lounger. The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features. As the exclusive outdoor space available to the apartment is not fenced, we will consider hosting small animals.

Lovely and cozy two-room apartment suitable for two/three people, carefully furnished. The private terrace is large and furnished overlooking the sea and the orchard/vineyard, in front there are no houses, the silence is perfect for resting and enjoying beautiful nature. The house has no nearby roads. Equipped with air conditioning. Private parking. Suitable for welcoming furry friends, the terrace is enclosed.
