We enjoyed our stay at Wendela's. We were warmly welcomed. The "Rosenhäuschen" was exactly what we had imagined. It was our home away from home. And we'll be back for sure.

Very nice, communicative hostess. The surroundings were very nice to walk the dog. The cottage has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had nice conversations with Trienie and she gave us good tips for doing things. We will be happy to return.

Quietly located in green area just outside Apeldoorn, clean and comfortable, wonderfully spacious breakfast, friendly hosts great value for money. Recommend!

Everything was great. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to messages, you didn't feel left alone. Checking in and out was flexible and easy. The place was really very clean and everything was as shown in the pictures, the area is very quiet.

We had a wonderful, unforgettable time with Rianne and Ramond. It's one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed at so far. The small cottage on the lake leaves nothing to be desired. We sat outside in the countryside in the evening and watched the ducks and could marvel at the most magnificent sunsets. The place and everything around it is decorated with a lot of love for detail and stylish. In the well-equipped kitchen you could conjure up a delicious dinner. Rianne and Ramond are very nice and warm hosts. They were always available and very responsive. Dear Rianne and Ramond, Thank you for making it possible for people to have a nice time on your beautiful spot on earth. :)

Nice place in good location. It has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. There are many things to do in the area, e.g. the zoo is only 2 minutes away. The whole area is very nice. Tonny was very nice and check-in and check-out very flexible. Only that we had to clean ourselves was something unfamiliar. We usually enjoy not having to do that on vacation. :) But it was also no problem, it is also in the description and you can get through quickly with the small apartment. Overall a clear recommendation for the beautiful apartment with very nice hostess.

Frank and Celia are very welcoming and give you good tips on the activities or eateries nearby. The cottage is neat, stylishly decorated and quietly located in a cul-de-sac street. Everything has been thought of, you will not be short of anything. The area is also great for cycling or hiking trips. We had four fantastic days in the cozy, well-maintained chalet of Roxana. It has everything you would want: a friendly hostess, a great catered breakfast and a beautiful wooded area. This is really recommended for everyone!

Rancho Relaxo is the perfect place to stay if you want to stay in a quiet and beautiful setting but still not too far away. The cottage is lovely and has everything you need, and more. The hosts are incredibly nice and quick to get in touch and are also very flexible. I would definitely recommend the stay! Again, thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay! It is a beautiful little house in a peaceful area. With the spacious bathroom incl. bathtub and sauna it was a perfect little wellness oasis. Also still close enough to the cities Amsterdam and Utrecht. The communication with the hosts were very good. We would always come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny house in Bussum. We stayed for nearly a month while doing a renovation on our place in Amsterdam. This house was perfect for our needs. It has all the amenities you need for a longer stay, it's an easy commute to Amsterdam (which my wife did almost daily), and there are lots of surrounding parks and forests for the dog to go off leash. In fact, our dog loved it more than our home in Amsterdam. Communication and check-in were prompt and smooth. The house is close to restaurants, stores, and cafes and lots of charming towns are only a short train ride away. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable, dog-friendly place to stay, close to nature but with an easy commute to major cities.

A perfect tiny house near Amsterdam with everything you could ever need!

Fantastic host, fantastic accommodation. Extremely clean and spacious. Perfect if alone, a couple or even 3 people. Rebecca was very friendly and responded very quickly, met me in person for check in, she even messaged me after my first night to make sure I was happy with the guesthouse. There was lots of information provided about surrounding restaurants etc all in a folder, everything you need for your stay. It was a 10 min walk from Hoorn train station and a 3 min walk to a food shop. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. I would absolutely stay there again and I would highly recommend it. 10/10

Had a great stay. Susanne responds quickly and is very kind and hospitable. Stay is neat and clean and very quiet, so you will completely unwind here. Then the area. Literally within a few minutes on the Veluwe, that's great!

I had a nice time at Anja and Hans's cottage. It didn't feel "tiny" at all and everything was definitely to your liking. You will definitely relax in this location and the deer complete it. Anja and Hans were super nice and made sure everything was clear from start to finish. I'd definitely be back again!

Actually, I should write a review in which I completely dismantle the cottage, otherwise it will be constantly booked later and we'd love to come back again! But we can only think of positive things. We enjoyed the stove, the record player and the forest. A wonderfully relaxing weekend in peace and forest. Totally top!

We had a very enjoyable stay. There was everything we needed and the hosts were very nice and always available.☺️ the bus connection to Amsterdam is good. There are buses every few minutes. At night, however, it is rather difficult to get back to the accommodation by public transport...otherwise highly recommended

I can't help but join the other positive reviews: you immediately feel welcome in the cottage, the dog has been thought of and you can choose from all tasty teas and coffee, with chocolates! The house is clean, spacious and very pleasant to be both inside and out: nice bed, nice shower and outside on the veranda and terraces plenty of choice to sit in or out of the sun. It says enough that my dog, after sniffing and exploring, immediately found a place where she went safely and quietly. The grounds on which the cottage is located is very small, and super quiet, and the garden is such that there is no view and you feel completely comfortable. I had mainly booked the cottage for hiking in the area, and how beautiful it is! Many (loose)areas within a max 10-15 min drive, but you are also in 2 minutes walk from the cottage on the heath for a shorter walk with the dog. And after a long walk, relax on the veranda. It was great!

Great stay, clean accommodation as described, very nice floor heating during a winter stay like us . Accommodation well insulated from noise and the quiet location is appreciated . 35 minutes from Amsterdam and 1 hour from the Hague . Jessica is very responsive and friendly .

We had a wonderful stay with Paulien and Joep. We received a super friendly welcome and felt right at home. The accommodation is totally beautifully located for hiking, but also for a small trip to Lochem. It is located near the house of the two, but we had our own area in front of the tiny house and were still very private and for us. We really enjoyed the days on site and will be very happy to come back. :)
