Holiday rentals with lake access in Biddinghuizen

Jan is a great place to stay. There is enough space, the house has been practically furnished and very clean. The location is great, parking is easy to find and everything is within walking distance. Medemblik is also always worth a visit.

Probably the best AirBnB we‘ve been to in the Netherlands! Absolutely amazing renovated traditional house that felt cosy and right at home. We were 4 adults and one child (aged 8). The hosts were kind enough to set an extra bed for my daughter, which was very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t miss anything. Very quiet and private location and beautiful surroundings. The garden is very peaceful and there is even a water channel at the back! We‘re absolutely looking forward to staying here again soon.

Magnificent house, beautiful decorations, very peaceful garden. Everything was very clean and made to feel at home. We never tire of the view of the lake, especially in the morning when we wake up. The hosts are very responsive and provide plenty of good addresses. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Very nice terraced house of great comfort on 3 levels. Close to a train station that allows access to the centre of Amsterdam in 25 minutes.

This was by far one of the best vacation rentals I had ever booked. The equipment of the kitchen is almost like at home, sharp knives, lots of classic spices, oil, etc. That you could also use, so you don't have to buy everything new or bring it from home. The communication was actually the best I've experienced so far. Responses to Frahen came partly within two minutes and Annette was also incredibly friendly. In addition, there are many great children's games in the accommodation that our children also liked to play with. The garden is beautiful and clear and every morning and every evening Gustav, the little enterich, came by and let us feed. All in all a very clear recommendation!!!

Anne and Willem's place is very nice, comfortable and has everything one needs in an Airbnb. It is designed with shabby chic interiors which makes it very cosy. The check-in, check-out prcess is very simple. And there is ample free parking available in the surrounding. Best part though are the hosts themselves. Very kind, helpful and know the region well. We were thrilled with the place, Lots of equipment for kitchen, hygiene and pastime! (Books, DVDS, etc.) Very cozy furniture and cozy atmosphere as described. If you have any questions, Raoul will respond quickly!

We were completely satisfied and would come again and again. The terrace is incredibly beautiful and has helped us to have great evenings.

It was one of the best apartments we stayed at. It was clean, beautiful and has a great view. Everything was just perfect. Amsterdam is not very far with the car. The sorroundings were beautiful. Almere is a wonderful small city, that we never visited before. Will definitely book Kevin's place When we visit Amsterdam again. Kevin is a very good host and was very responsive. Five stars are just too less.

We (three adults and two dogs) spent a week over New Year's Eve in Hermann's apartment. Upon our arrival, the apartment was preheated and there were many documents with good information about the apartment and the area. The apartment has a wonderful view over the harbor, is comfortably furnished and you will find everything you need. Within walking distance you are in the city center, a very pretty fishing village with charm. You can make various excursions in and around Enkhuizen. We also used the direct train connection from Enkhuizen to Amsterdam and took a trip to Amsterdam. Both in advance and during the vacation, communication with Hermann was very warm and fast. We have nothing to complain about and thank you for the great vacation week!

Great view of the water and the passing ships. In contrast to another review: wonderfully thick soft towels. Enjoyed a long weekend.

I love Giethoorn very much! Because of the super host Marjolein, Marco and their villa. They are very nice people and helpful. The villa is convenient, clean, tidy, well equipped and have a nice view. Highly recommended.

Kevin’s airbnb is located in one of the most scenic locations in Enkhuizen, right on de Vest with beautiful views of the Ijsselmeer.

What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

Trudy is a very sweet and attentive hostess who has good tips for activities and excursions. The accommodation is very clean and quiet, perfect for a break. Would come back at any time 🌞

Would highly recommend this house in Nijkerk. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable. Check-in was very easy and Edgar was very responsive to the one issue we had and it was resolved incredibly quickly. The e-bikes that are available for your use are brilliant and we made good use of them cycling to the local town etc. The park is lovely and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool. Nijkerk is a lovely town with plenty shops and restaurants. There is also a fantastic restaurant across the road from the park if you want to treat yourself to a gourmet lunch/dinner. It is called Het Sluishuys. This is a great place to base yourself to go to amersfoort and utrect which are very close by car.

We had a perfect stay. Richard welcomes us with great enthusiasm and a wonderful little dog who also comes to give you a festive welcome 🥰 Regarding the environment, it was simply beautiful, whether around (lake, beach, promenade, nice little village) or the land around the cottage. There's nothing better than to recharge your batteries in nature in an exceptional setting. (A small boat is available for the more adventurous ;) ) Regarding the accommodation, there was nothing to say about the cleanliness, faithful to the photo except that we expected to have two separate bedrooms. There were indeed were large beds, however one of them would be on the mezzanine (so open room). Apart from that, we loved our stay and will be back! Don't hesitate if you need a short stay in nature (only 40 minutes from Amsterdam)

Just perfect for a change of scenery, a lovely tiny historic house, right at the old harbour and between two nice & clean beaches. You can watch the sea whatever you do during your stay - from the terrace, from the living room or even when cooking :) a great location - also to explore the surroundings by bike (two bikes are available). The kitchen equipment is rather simple, but we had all we needed. Joekie is a great host, very kind and responsive, the communication was easy and we felt ike home. A very nice place, highly recommended.

Astrid and Georg's house is in a great location right on the water. The house is super cozy and has enough space for 6 people. Especially the room under the roof is beautiful. The small village is quickly accessible and you only have to cross the street once and you are already at the IJsselmeer. We had a wonderful long weekend at Astrid and Georg's house.

Nice place directly behind the dike at the Ijsselmeer. Beautiful cottage, nice beds and a very nice communication with Bernice, the host. Thanks in part to Bernice's tips, many fun things done in the beautiful surroundings of Andijk.
