Waterfront holiday rentals in Biddinghuizen

Staying in the yard cellar for a long weekend is recommended. Beautiful yard cellar, location close to the centre and yet quiet. The pothuys is also recommended for live music. Waving from your own rented boat or waving to the other canal boats, both are wonderful.

The check-in was straightforward and all the important information was super prepared. The highlight is the view over the water and the terrace, from which you can access the lake directly via a ladder. We were already there for the second time and would be happy to come back.

This characteristic and comfortable apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic and very central street in Zutphen. Ideal for experiencing the city. With fine communication before and after, a warm welcome, sincere interest and tips about the area, Mirjam and Anton made my visit even more enjoyable. The piano lessons that are given in the same building were communicated nicely in advance and I was lucky enough to get some of them. A mega recommendation!

I enjoyed my stay in Muiderberg. I needed a convenient place to stay for one night in between moving house and this apartment was the perfect solution. The host was very flexible with the check-in time and even let me park a large van in her driveway. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and had a nice atmosphere. It's actually much nicer than the photos used on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay nearby Amsterdam or to someone who wants some days away in a cute dutch town.

Great location, close to center of Utrecht and all activities. The apartment is very comfortable, quiet and convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped. Rob is a wonderfull host, available and very helpful.

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

The apartment was lovely and cozy, with plenty of useful amenities that made our stay comfortable. The host was very kind and responsive, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was clean and well-maintained, though the bedsheets could use a refresh. The beds are very soft (something to keep in mind depending on your preference). Despite these minor points, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Apartment is just as advertised and is in a great location. Would recommend this.

Enkhuizen is a beautiful city. And Bart’s place is very central. Everything in the city is a 15 minute walk! Bright home with lots of options for enjoying a meal inside or on the patio. Would highly recommend as a place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful house in Eefde! The accommodation is not only super stylish and furnished with great attention to detail, but also incredibly cozy – you immediately feel at home. Everything was sparkling clean and perfectly prepared. Surrounded by fields, you really live in the middle of nature and can enjoy the absolute peace. Never before have I experienced accommodation that was even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! We were particularly delighted by the loving, local welcome gifts, such as fresh apple juice, beer and homemade jam – such a warm gesture! The hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at all times. For us, it was an all-around perfect experience, and we would come back anytime. Thank you Aljanneke! 🤗

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

We were traveling by bike and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly hostess. Thank you very much for this great start to the day. We felt totally comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Inge is a pleasant person and ready to help (offered to do laundry). Some sweets were waiting for us when we arrived. The accommodation is pleasant and good location. Recommended.

Very nice location, very close to the center. It is important to note that there is no parking space for the car. 500 meters away is a free parking space. We didn't think this was a problem. First drop off the luggage and then take the car to the parking lot, went well (one-way traffic). The cottage is modern and cozy and equipped with every comfort! Train station and bus stop are nearby to explore the wider area by public transport. In the garden, there is a shed where you can store your own/rented bikes. It is a quiet environment and yet close to the city centre! Wonderful place and definitely recommended.

The accommodation completely convinced us: very clean, everything you need for a holiday week, very comfortable beds, great bathroom, appealing outdoor area. Very friendly, uncomplicated hosts, always available and with proactive information, e.g. on the changed route. We can fully recommend Micaela and John's house.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was polite, very responsive, and maintained great communication throughout. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed—and the apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely book again and highly recommend both the host and the apartment.

We loved everything about ok Linda's place. The apartment is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated. The space isn't big but it feels roomy and comfortable because of how well it's organized. The building is beautiful and in a wonderful quiet location with a very short walk to everything in the old city. Linda was amazingly helpful with recommendations, and she helped us plan some local travel and navigate the train strike. Absolutely lovely experience all around.

A lovely few days spent in Hilversum! Lots of great restaurants and easy walkable access to Hilversum train station. Pieter’s place was cosy and clean. He had all the amenities from a hairdryer to a coffee maker! It looked exactly like the photos and it was even next to a lovely park which was great for walks! Also directly next to a restaurant which overlooked the park and lake which was beautiful! Would stay again. Thank you Pieter!

The very best was the private garden (for our sole use), Conny's chickens, breakfast in the garden, the fire bowl and Conny's friendly care. When we told her that it was very expensive in the restaurant, she served us a menu in the garden, delicious! We couldn't have wished for it to be more beautiful and better.

We had a lovely stay at Michiel and Bernadette's. Bernadette is a very nice host, the accommodation is impeccable, very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental. Sabine

Joyce was an amazing host, her home in Utrecht is beautiful and well within walking distance of everything you need. She responded quick to our questions and even had a map of things we should visit within the city. I would recommend anyone to stay here, as her hospitality exceeds what you would expect from a host.
