Having a garden and upstairs terrace looking out to sea is a huge plus to this house. The nearest swim point at 3 minutes also fabulous, beside Le Moure Rouge cafe. The bed linen is absolutely divine. We liked the fact it was 20 mins fast walking to Cannes centre, or a frequent bus service up to 9pm, along the lovely sea front. We used Uber to get home from town in the evenings. Pascale was very helpful, great check-in with her.

Cindy is very responsive and thoughtful. Very pleasant stay, very spacious house, very well appointed exterior not overlooked and very very quiet . I would recommned this property 👍

Very friendly hosts and a nice property with lots of greenery and a big pool. Location is very quit and the drive up to the village is very curvy. Nala (their dog) and Daico (the neighbor‘s bog) are very cute :), the apartment has everything you need.

We spent over a week at Babou’s spacious apartment as a family, which looks exactly like the photos. The sea view from the terrace is fantastic. The location of the apartment is good - easy access to the beach and train station (about a 15 minute walk). Fred (Babou’s sister) welcomed us on our arrival - she was friendly and easy to contact if we had any questions. We would recommend staying at Babou’s apartment.

Location is spot on to discover all of Nice by foot if reasonably healthy. Only tram we took was one back to airport. Virginie is delightful. So helpful and friendly. Coralie’s apartment is the perfect place for families with kids. It has lots of toys and a sunny balcony. It’s centrally located and everything within easy reach, yet it’s quiet. Quick walk to the beach as well as the train station and trams. Communication is very easy with Coralie. She is very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed as well as local recommendations. She was also flexible and helpful with check-in and check-out. We were very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend staying at her place and hope to come again some day :)

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child.
