The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

My place is located on the ground floor of a house, on two levels, in the center of the village. South, not overlooked, nearby parking lots. The village opens up its hiking trails on the Mercantour. Dogs allowed, notify. Dinners on request, served on site. Everything is included: sheets, towels, linen, and breakfast available on the first day. House rules, inventory at check-out.
