Family-friendly holiday rentals in Belvédère

Roberto’s place was everything that one could desire for a place on the Mediterranean. The house was tastefully decorated and cozy. The terrace and the views from it were truly magnificent. We ate at three beachfront restaurants that were a short walk away, and the food was delicious at all three. And to top it off, Roberto was simply the best host that we’ve had. He was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at Roberto’s place again.

Absolutely LOVED Isabelle’s home in Cagnes Sur Mer. Right by the promenade and close to the train station which made it easy to get to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Antibes!! Cannot recommend it enough and will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks so much Isabelle!!!😊

Beautiful and comfortable house in a pleasant environment, close to everything to the tourist sites in the area, restaurants and shopping center.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect, the welcome very warm with a bottle of rosé from the region and even chocolate for our little boy. Fabienne is a very attentive and attentive host for her guests. The house is exactly as pictured , very clean, well equipped and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and be able to enjoy the pool and barbecue at the beginning of May. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back ☺️

Such an amazing place. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back in the future. Such a gorgeous pool to swim in and our little girl loved the jacuzzi and exploring the grounds. Lovely to be able to cook outside and relax in the outdoor living area in the evenings. Lots of lovely local villages to explore too. Vannina is a great host and very responsive to messages.

Very warm welcome, they answer any questions, the slopes are nearby and the apartment looks like description! I'll be back for sure 🙂

A few days of quiet rest near Nice and other places to visit. All the comforts of home. With cool and rainy weather, we would have just appreciated a slightly higher temperature of the pool water.

Five stars all around for this stay. Apartment is extremely well stocked, clean, and perfectly located. Stunning little sitting room and patio for morning coffee. Charming and exactly what we were looking for. Julien’s place was exceptionally comfortable and outfitted for a stay away from home (extra blankets, beach throws, kitchen supplies, coffee/tea, etc.). Julien even had a local bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us, which was a thoughtful touch. :) Remarkable location with everything just a short walk away. Had a lovely check-in interaction with Julien’s mum, Michèle, who was warm and kind (even left is her transit passes and offered extra umbrellas!). Attention to detail, local recommendations and communication was unparalleled. Perfect “home base” for a trip to Nice! Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Julien and Michèle for such a lovely visit!

Very nice accommodation, ideal for relaxing in the middle of the mountains and doing activities like hiking. Everything is well in order and organized, comfortable bed, kitchen with all necessary utensils, A/C, clean sheets, etc. Isabelle the host is very friendly, responds quickly and can offer various hiking options. For dog lovers, Obi (I can't tell which breed), is a young person full of energy and very friendly. In short, I would definitely recommend!

Very cozy pool house in a great garden. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and were provided with numerous tips for things to do in the area. Overall a very relaxed stay and also absolutely positive to dogs.

The place is perfect, there is absolutely nothing to improve for us👍 Everything is extremely clean, a beautiful decor and there is no shortage of quality equipment! We spent two wonderful weeks at Dominique's place. The highlight is definitely the pool, which we were allowed to use on our own at all times. The location of the apartment is very good, as many places worth seeing can be reached within a short time. Dominique was very friendly, gave us a lot of information and was always responsive.

Thérèsa and Jean-Pierre are very friendly people, not intrusive, kind and very welcoming. I note the accommodation was perfect for 1 or 2 people, very clean and tastefully decorated... in short I loved my stay where I rested well, noise does not exist apart from the birdsong... thank you both for their welcome and availability.

This is a beautifully presented bungalow with every bit a equipment carefully provided. Izzy and Cliff were lovely hosts who made us feel most welcome. I can recommend them without reservation

Lovely place, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos! Giant and bright, with a bathroom in each bedroom and super comfortable beds. A special thank you to Fabrizio who treated us really well, allowing us flexible times and giving us useful tips. The house overlooks a poetic valley and when we woke up we saw fawns 🥹🦌 We celebrated a bachelorette party and the bride was so happy! Highly recommended! ✨ Thanks again, Fabrizio ❤️

This is the place to stay if you love France!

Andrée is very nice, very welcoming and discreet. We had the pleasure of conversing with her regularly during our meetings. The outdoor pool and terrace are very pleasant in a very quiet environment. The apartment is as described, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition, you can walk to the various shops if you wish. Very nice stay.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Celine and Christophe are welcoming hosts with exemplary availability while remaining very discreet. We stayed two months in this cute, well-equipped little house a quarter of an hour from the sea on foot and we fully enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend.

An absolute dream! The cottage in La Bouverie more than exceeded our expectations. The location is just amazing – quiet, idyllic and perfect for relaxing. The house itself is spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved staying here! Phoebe was a great host, always friendly and helpful. Our two young daughters had great fun in the swimming pool. And the Airbnb was really well kitted out with toys and things for them to do. The location was beautiful and just a short walk into town where we visited some other places that Phoebe recommended. We felt really at home here and it was fantastic having our breakfast and dinner out on the terrace in the beautiful garden. Considering this was our first holiday as a young family of four, everything was super easy and we had the best holiday! Cannot recommend Southern France highly enough… especially if you choose to stay at Lou Messugo!
