Cuisine équipée (four, micro-ondes, plaques vitrocéramiques, bouilloire, grille-pain, presse-agrumes, cafetière Nespresso, appareil raclette). Draps et serviettes fournis. N'hésitez pas à venir décompresser dans ce petit havre de paix cosy et chaleureux !

The furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in the heart of the charming village of Belvédère, close to shops. Without neighbors, this apartment is on one level and faces south with free parking nearby. The village is located at the foot of the Gordolasque and its hikes. Dogs accepted, notify me (no cats). Included in the price: sheets, towels and breakfast available on the first day. Inventory at the start of the stay, cleaning at your care. Keys delivered by me.

Vous avez un Carrefour Market ouvert 7J/7 et une station service 24H/24 à 10 minutes du logement en voiture. Le premier restaurant est au centre du village à 5 minutes en voiture, je peux vous y réserver une table.

On the first floor of a village house, with shops and restaurants nearby, within walking distance. For two people only. (Too small to accept pets) Small cocooning with good bedding, sheets and towels provided and drinks available. Ideal for exploring the Gordolasque Valley (Nice Refuge / Merveilles Refuge) and for other walks in Vésubie/Valdeblore.

My accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house, on two levels, in the center of the village. Full south, not overlooked, Parking nearby. The village opens its Mercantour hikes to you. Dogs allowed, notify. Dinners on request, served on site. Everything is included: sheets, towels, linen, and breakfast available on the first day. House Rules, Inventory on departure. Enjoy an atypical stay in this industrial-style love room for a romantic getaway. Located in the heart of the pretty village of La Penne surrounded by its mountains. It is equipped with a Jacuzzi-type spa bath where you can relax after a hike. You will find an equipped kitchen area where you can prepare your small dishes for your relaxing evenings. At night you will find a double bed equipped with a TV to relax in front of Netflix.

Please note: There are a few steps to access the bed.

The apartment ,Ground floor of the chalet,is located in a residential area in absolute calm with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.La Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live on site and therefore am very available to guests.
