Beachfront holiday rental in Balkans

Der Aufenthalt war schön, das Haus ist wirklich klein, aber zu zweit ausreichend. Wunderschöner Garten dabei. Gastgeberin war immer gut zu erreichen. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weiter als gedacht.

Ich war ins den ersten zwei Wochen vom Oktober 2024 in Nea Skioni. Es war eine tolle Zeit – Touristen gab es kaum noch. Maria hat mich sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und mir alles erklärt. Den Strand hatte ich für mich alleine, und die Temperaturen waren immer noch sommerlich. In den Ort sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß – das ist aber garnicht schlimm, denn der Weg ist schön und die Restaurants lecker. Normalerweise reist man wohl mit dem Mietwagen an. Ich war aber ohne und habe daher hier noch drei Tipps: Shuttleservice vom Flughafen: shuttledirect, Fahrer und Auto waren top. Dann hatte ich mir einen Scooter geliehen (5 Tage minimum), der zu Maria geliefert und auch wieder abgeholt wurde: chalkidiki-automoto. Wenn man ein Taxi braucht, einfach Maria fragen. Sie hat Visitenkarten von Nikolaos. Man bekommt sehr schnell verbindliche Antwort. Auch hier Fahrer und Auto top. Ein ganz liebes Dankeschön an Maria – ich habe mich wunderbar erholt und nichts vermisst. Stefanie

It is the second time for us here and the same, the place was perfect for our vacation. This time we were with the big family, us and the grandparents, and everyone likes it very much. the fact that is right on the beach is a big plus. Sotiria is very helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back in the future for the third time

Umag ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Die Altstadt mit Restaurants und Cafés, Parks und Hafenpromenade sind von der Unterkunft aus fußläufig nach kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ebenso wie eine kleine Bäckerei um für's Frühstück einzukaufen. Meer und Strand sind nur 50 m entfernt und man hat von der Wohnung und der Loggia einen grandiosen Blick auf's Meer. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich ausgestattet, so dass man dort auch mal einen Regentag gut und gerne verbringen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen vor Ort gut erholt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit Hund.

A wonderful host in a stunning place...

We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

The stay was like expected, very pretty and quiet, a nice place to relax. The owners are really nice and the overall stay was great.

Η κα Πολίνα ήταν εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα και πάντα πολύ φιλική. Μας έστειλε αναλυτικές οδηγίες για να βρούμε το σπίτι και ήταν πολύ εύκολη η επικοινωνία. Το σπίτι ήταν παραμυθένιο και πολύ πιο όμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες, πεντακάθαρο και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και ακριβώς δίπλα στην παραλία. Η παραλία είναι απάνεμη και η θάλασσα καθαρή. Αν θέλετε ένα ήσυχο μέρος να περάσετε τις διακοπές το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Lovely place, very clean and spacious. Great location- a few minutes to a beautiful beach. We stayed at the end of the Summer season so it was lovely and quiet and fortunately a few places were still open, there was a shop, restaurant and cafe all in walking distance. Great swimming pool too. Would definately recommend and would love to stay again.

We felt like home from day 1. The house was small but ideal for 6 people, with the amenities and everything that one would have at home. Violeta and Antoni, are extremely nice and welcoming, they were super friendly. The place is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy your vacations. We fell in love with the island and with the house!!

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit direkter Lage am Strand. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was man bedenken sollte, wenn man nicht im Hochsommer dort Urlaub machen möchte. Der Strand war direkt vor der Haustür und das Meeresrauschen durch die Fenster zu hören. Einige Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist, muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Treppen keine Geländer haben. Wir waren Anfang April dort und das Nachbarhaus neben dem Pool ist aktuell eine Baustelle, deshalb gab es tagsüber etwas Lärm. Das Haus verfügt über Außenmöbel für den Poolbereich und für die Dachterrasse. Der Check-in war einfach und der Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar und bei Problemen hat er sich schnell um Hilfe gekümmert.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

Özel plaj ve havuz sayesinde muhteşem 1 hafta geçirdik. 8 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği müthiş bir ev. Temiz ve konforluydu. Kaş merkezine 10 dakikalık mesafede, lokasyonu çok iyiydi. Hızlı iletişim için Hasan Bey ve Timuçin Bey’e teşekkür ederim.

This property was very comfortable and homey, and the amenities were as described. The view was fantastic and in a very peaceful setting. The location was perfect, very easy to get to Split. I would highly recommend this property if youre looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, yet you are only 20 minutes drive away from Split.

Αψογη φιλοξενια σε εναν καλαίσθητα διακοσμημένο χώρο διπλα στην θάλασσα. Καθαρό μοντέρνο δωμάτιο, κ η ιδιοκτήτρια παντα διαθεσιμη για πληροφορίες. Σίγουρη και ασφαλής επιλογή.

Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche hier verbringen können und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da,was man brauchte. Der Strand und die Privatsphäre waren mega. Angelica war eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die uns in 2 Notsituatinen sofort zur Seite stand.Wir kommen sicherlich einmal wieder nach Korfu....und dann ins Caramela beach house.

We had a fabulous time at Josipa’s apartment. It was modern, clean, comfortable and the views were stunning! Josipa was a great host, allowing us to check in a little early, and stay a little longer. This was a great location to relax by the ocean and explore the area. We hope to come back someday.

Das zauberhafte Haus ist ein echtes Juwel. Direkt an der Küste gelegen schläft man ein & wacht auf mit dem Klang der Brandung. Direkt vor den Schlafzimmern beginnt das Meer & lädt ein zum morgendlichen Spaziergang oder Bad. Perfekte Abgeschiedenheit in einem Hain von Zitronen- & Olivenbäumen abseits der Straße & der Nachbarn. Geschmackvoll minimalistisch eingerichtet, kein überflüssiger Krams, liebevoller Empfang durch Eleonora. Es sind die kleinen aufmerksamen Gesten, die den Aufenthalt so angenehm machen wie die Schale mit den köstlichen Zitronen, Clementinen, Ouzo & kleinen Süßigkeiten oder die großzügig bemessenen Vorräte an Nespressokapseln. Die vollständig eingerichtete Küche bietet wirklich alles zum Kochen, wenn man nicht eines der wunderbaren Restaurants besucht. Die zwei Liegen am Haus verführen dazu, dort den ganzen Tag lesend mit einem Glas Wein oder einem köstlichen Espresso mit Blick aufs Meer zu genießen. Wir vermissen diesen wunderbaren Ort jetzt schon.

Ein magischer Ort – einfach perfekt! Wir haben als Familie eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem außergewöhnlich schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist ein ganz besonderer Fleck Erde – ruhig gelegen, mit privatem Strandzugang und einem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist in exzellentem Zustand, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – von der stilvollen, selbsterklärenden Dokumentation bis zur praktischen Ausstattung. Alles war makellos sauber, und wir haben uns jederzeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und absolut professionell. Man merkt, dass hier Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft am Werk sind. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass dieser besondere Ort mit der Allgemeinheit geteilt wird. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – ein echter Geheimtipp!

I stayed in Apri at a beautiful Petro's place , and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences I’ve had. The place has an amazing vibe—peaceful, welcoming, and full of charm. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The house itself is well-designed and comfortable. The bed was especially worth mentioning—soft, supportive, and perfect for a good night’s sleep after a day in the sun. I woke up every morning refreshed and ready to explore. One of the highlights was the garden. It’s absolutely stunning—lush, green, and carefully maintained, It felt like our own private oasis. And of course, the beachfront location was unbeatable. Just a few steps from the house, the sea was right there—crystal-clear and calm. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee with a view or watching the sunset over the water, it never stopped being magical. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful getaway in Greece.

Almyriki Studio ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für Menschen die Ruhe und Entspannung abseits von Touristen-Trubel suchen. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen sehr, sehr schön und entspricht vollständig den Beschreibungen. Der Strand (30m) war wunderschön und mit ca. 1km Länge und mit ca. 20 Menschen leer. In Sindonia gab es bis Ende Oktober eine Taverne am Strand, die viel von Einheimischen besucht wurde und super gute heimische Gerichte hat, aber auch sehr gute Standards liefert (Pizza, etc.)! Im Umkreis von 20 km gibt es etliche Bergwanderungen die eine sehr gute und spannende Alternative zum Strand sind. Alles in allem, sehr empfehlenswert!
