House holiday rentals in Balkans

We had a fantastic time at this house. It's a 45-minute walk from the center, so that's a lot. You can catch the bus for 2.5 pp or an uber van from 12 euros total. Was great. 5 minutes away is a large supermarket. Really everything that was described was present. There are occasional minor flaws, such as 2 showers that didn't work well with us, but the next day he came right away to make it. When we arrived, there were also some welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge. He had also brought a bottle of booze, a cake and a card for a birthday girl. Super sweet all.

We really liked atmosphere of the place. Felt very comfortable there and felt welcomed by very nice owner.

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. The place was extremely tidy and well maintained, the layout is one house with two separate floors that break up the rooms, it was great having two kitchens! It is close to the train station which goes straight into Split city centre (cheaper than the bus). The hosts were very accommodating for our group and made sure we had everything that we needed, thanks again Ana & Mateo!

Ivan makes you feel right at home. Checking in with him was extremely pleasant as he is multilingual [Croatian, English, German] All necessary aids were available and much more (coffee maker, hairdryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). All the questions we had were answered via Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire vacation was rounded off in a special way, starting with the welcome snack platter to his wife's homemade apple strudel. There was also a great amusement at the end. We will definitely be back. Came as guests, left as friends. We've rarely met such an attentive host. If we could, we would give MORE than 5 stars. Nikolaos good host. His communication and pre arrival instructions are excellent. He helped us to book hassle free taxi from airport to address and back. Made our stay comfortable and even arranged renting a car. Provided us with lot of information about surrounding place. House itself comfortable, outside sitting place. Basic things available in kitchen like oil salt and some spices. Coffee tea making facilities including Greek coffee making pot with tasty Greek coffee powder! That was really fantastic. There was welcome fruit basket including biscuits kept on arrival. That is good touch. From Nikolas place Old town is within walking distance 15-20 min. Acropolis 15 min walk. Mini markets and very good bakery nearby. Overall we had very comfortable stay. Thanks Nikolaos

As it was early April, we were the only tourists in town and that suited us well. The village was just as we imagined and the apartment was in a perfect location. Tereza was extremely kind and helpful, picking us up from the ferry in the car we rented from her and meeting us there again at the end of our trip. Thanks Tereza. We will treasure the memories of Loggos forever.

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

We were very happy to be able to repeat our stay in Katerine's apartment. She was always really nice to us. I was attentive to every moment for us to enjoy and make our stay enjoyable The apartment has all the necessary amenities in the kitchen, with various dishes and utensils so that nothing is missing. The bathroom is comfortable and the hot water stands out. Every detail is taken care of while maintaining its own style on the island. Being inside the apartment is like continuing the beauty you see all over the island. More than recommended!!!!

Excellent place, good value, quiet oasis in the wonderful crazy of Naples. Hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the extras (water, coffee, snacks, milk, drinks) were delightful. Lots of effective storage and amenities. We would stay again!

She took us on short notice, it was nice and we were even able to check in early. When we entered the apartment, there was both beer wine juice and water for us, and a snack basket. You felt welcome

Marina is a very sweet and helpful woman! She can also tell you a lot about Split and the surrounding area. We enjoyed her beautiful, luxurious and neat penthouse. Everything has been thought of and everything is there. We recommend everyone to stay here

Premium Airbnb accommodation: you benefit from both a impeccable accommodation, very well-equipped and beautifully decorated and a great personalized welcome by Nadine. Her tips are great for getting to know the local culture, it's very easy to communicate and she has a real sense of hospitality. The very well renovated house is located in an agricultural area, the completely enclosed exterior is nicely vegetated and very well appointed so that you can enjoy it at all times of the day. Lots of interest within 20-min drive. Very highly recommended!

In the house, everything was as described. The only thing that was surprising was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is not quite as quiet as hoped. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so the naturalness has unfortunately been lost. But unfortunately that's so common in Croatia now. But these are really just little things. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house with a great location.

Mihovil was a great host.. when we had queries regarding the villa he answered promptly and concisely. Our pool was cleaned during our stay and we were asked each time when it would be convenient for us so as not to disturb our use. He was friendly and informative and the villa had clear instructions of do’s and don’ts for guests which were easy to follow. The villa also contained a useful travel guide for tourists visiting Dubrovnik which also covered other trips to surrounding islands. There was additional bedding, blankets, towels & pool towels available and a very useful washing machine. Mihovil has thought of everything including a supply of mosquito repellents for indoor and outdoor use. The villa is very well equipped and there is an outdoor barbecue for guests to use.. We would definitely recommend the villa if you wanted to use somewhere peaceful just outside of the old town but bear in mind the local supermarket or shops are a short bus/ car / taxi ride away. We

The hosts are so friendly. They reply fast and are very helpful. The appartment is beautiful, the view! Omg! We rent a car and I guess, this is neccessary to be able to see a lot of the beautiful landscape of albania. Thank you! We felt so comfortable :-)

Franks house was exceptional. It was beautifully equipped with everything we needed. very comfortable and clean. The location was stunning. It was very hard to leave. We will definitely be back.

The place had everything. It was in a beautiful location. Peaceful. High quality villa, and had everything you needed whilst you stayed. (Very practical too) We would return to this gorgeous place again. Tomislav was super responsive whenever we had a question and he helped guide us to the answer. The villa is a very relaxing place. My kids loved playing in the clear water bay on a paddle board and snorkelling. Afterwards they would have fun in the pool whilst we prepared dinner in a lovely outdoor dining area. The photos don’t really get across how nice it is. Having air con in all rooms was a treat due to the heights of summer. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and we treated this special place like home. I would recommend a car to get to Milna the local marina town, and further a field to visit places. We also took a boat trip out to visit the various islands. It was so pretty, with emerald green oceans and ‘to die for’ sunsets.

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.
