Suitable for pets. The garden is all yours. There are sitting areas where you can sip your morning coffee or have a pleasant time in the evenings. In the garden, you can make a fire in the brazier in the winter months. In the winter months, it is comfortably heated with the underfloor heating system.

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.
