Holiday rentals with beach access in Balkans

A great place, especially after the season - right on the beach and promenade, plenty of restaurants, and any good food. Balcony revelation - comfortable armchairs and sea view and sunset in the evening. Even if you don't leave the house, you use it. At home: super comfy sofa, bed in bedroom, spacious bathroom. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is neat and nice. When we had questions, the owner responded quickly. We rested, it was fun!

Apostolos saved our holiday basically! We were staying in an extremely noisy hotel in the harbour. I found this apartment in the middle of the night and asked if we could day. Apostolos responded early the next day and let us check in early. The flat was such a haven- very clean in a residential area but only ten minutes from the old town and less to the beach. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle and slept so well on the very comfortable bed. Great shower (Apostolos checked we had enough hot water during the week), maid clean once in the week too. It gave us much more space than the apartments in the harbour. We loved it. Also Apostolos let us check out at 3pm on the last day because we had a late flight. We felt really looked after and would return to this home from home in a heartbeat. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we needed for our short break. Nives was quick to respond, gave us local advice when needed as well as very clear instructions for checking in. The room was clean and well maintained. We made use of the paddle board and the garden and sea access is as great as it looks in the photos. We really enjoyed the local town and found it to be walkable to get from restaurants back to the apartment in the evening.

A wonderfully located apartment to explore everything Malta has to offer! The space is beautifully decorated and has all the necessary amenities readily available. Francesca is a responsive host as well. Highly recommend!

Gordana's place is lovely, the garden is absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the bathroom, which is spacious and modern. We had a lovely stay, the only concern we had was that the beach was not clean at all which was disappointing as the water was very clear. We would have liked to stay more in the nearby area to swim. It could be that it was early season and the beach hadn't been cleaned yet. Nothing was wrong with the actual apartment, I can recommend it if you come with a car so you can get around to eplore other beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the beach. Visiting during the transition of the tourist season to the beginning of the off-season gave us access to the beauty of the beach and surrounding area without the large crowds. We found a nice coffee shop where we could watch the sea each morning and a couple of mom-and-pop restaurants we enjoyed visiting several times each week. Our host, Gjergj, was accommodating and available whenever we had questions. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made some great suggestions to make our time here even nicer (restaurants, places to visit, etc.). We would stay here again if our travels bring us back this way.

The house is located directly on the sea. Bibinje has not soooo much to offer in the low season but we were able to take a cheap taxi to Zadar. The pool is as on the pictures and there is a beer dispensing machine directly there. Place was really great! 😊

First time visiting Albania and the apartment was everything we needed and more, a great location right on the beach, on the 5th floor so guaranteed wonderful sea views too, fab communication from host and Spiranca restaurant next door serves up lovely seafood dishes, we hired a car for 5 days to explore other places, Kruje, Berat, Himare, cape of rodon, Golem, really enjoyed, the people of Albania were very friendly, helpful and courteous, we had a great time, thank you Grei.

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

A wonderful host in a stunning place...

By far, this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Comfortable and beautiful home right by the ocean and wonderful restaurants! Efi is so kind and welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We had the most wonderful stay here the proximity to the pebble Beach was a highlight and the bright lights of kalamata only 15 min by car. Maria was the perfect host.

As described, the house is less than 50 meters away from the deserted and very nice pebble beach. The water was still incredibly warm and crystal clear in September. Every morning was wonderful swimming and then a relaxed breakfast on the terrace with great views directly to the sea ! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets seen ! I would always recommend the accommodation even if the house and furnishings are now a bit outdated. There's a minimal minus point here. From the relatively busy main road where the house is immediately adjacent, you get almost nothing on the terrace . Really a very nice place and the location with the direct access to the sea and beautiful terrace I would like to highlight again. The always quick and quick help from landlady Karolina was also great👍🏻 😇! If I will travel to Rhodes again I would definitely choose this house again. Thank you Karolina 🤗

Beautiful place and a perfect house for a family with a small child. Clean, big and equipped with everything you need. The yard of the house that takes you directly to the wild beach and the entrance to the sea water is very smooth. The host was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for the hospitality and warmth you had with us.

Amalia is a super host! We loved the place and it was even better than we expected! It's located right at the beach and at night you can fall asleep hearing the waves. The house is freshly renovated and has absolutely everything one might need. The location is impeccable. We took a sea taxi from Kosta and it left us right in front of the house. Perfect little apartment/ bed sit directly over a little dirt track to the beach. Not a private terrace, but that really doesn’t matter as very few cars. We sat outside with a drink or play cards most evening after a day walking and sightseeing. There are sun beds to use at the property which we would take over to the beach. The sunsets were amazing. There is a restaurant next door, which was ok to eat at(it didn’t cause noise) . Lots of lovely restaurants around the next bay, 10 minutes walk. The bed was very comfortable, this was important to me🤗 . The hosts were very kind and helpful, checking via messages that everything was ok. We plan to go again and would recommend the area, hosts and their accommodation.

We had an exceptionally beautiful time staying at this great place! The house is right on the beach so the children could play there without danger and the garden that surrounds the house was very nice (old olive trees, pine trees and even one or the other turtle was spotted). The house is very bright and tastefully furnished and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the front terrace (great place for a coffee in the morning sun). Since we were there in October, we did not need the shade that there is in the course of the day so much, but in the summer this is certainly great! The area is very quiet which was very restful for us. However, car hire is indispensable. We traveled a lot with it, because the beaches of Sithonia are incredibly beautiful, we didn't expect that... Thanks to Suzanna and Dafne, we had a fantastic holiday!
