Our house is located in a small village of Zagoria in Demati, at 1020m altitude. The village is close to Metsovo and Ioannina as it is only 6 km from the Eastern Zagori interchange of Egnatia. Is an old stone house. At the ground floor dominates the fireplace with comfortable sofas and a kitchen with a bar in the middle of the kitchen. My daughter and I decorated and equipped the house ourselves with great care and patience; kitchen utensils, cooking ingredients, towels, paintings, vintage typewriter, you name it and we add! The cozy wooden-deck terrace is a perfect cozy spot for breakfast! Our little house is within walking distance from the true city center (Hotel Sinaia), Peles Castle, Monastery, Casino and the central park; area is very safe and peaceful.
