Beachfront holiday rental in Balkans

The stay was nice, the house is really small but sufficient for two. Beautiful garden. Hostess was always easily accessible. The way to the beach is a little further than expected.

The place is even more beautiful than pictures. In a couple of steps you find yourself in the pristine waters of Aegean Sea. The place is ideal for a family with one kid. Maria left two cold beers as a welcome gift which was lovely after a tiresome trip. Definitely recommend this airbnb.

It is the second time for us here and the same, the place was perfect for our vacation. This time we were with the big family, us and the grandparents, and everyone likes it very much. the fact that is right on the beach is a big plus. Sotiria is very helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back in the future for the third time

Umag is a good starting point for activities and excursions of all kinds. The old town with restaurants and cafes, parks and harbor promenade are within walking distance of the property. As well as a small bakery to buy breakfast. The sea and beach are only 50 meters away and you have a magnificent view of the sea from the apartment and the loggia. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, so you can also spend a rainy day there. We liked it very much and we recovered well in the 10 days on site and enjoyed our vacation very much. We were 2 adults with a dog.

A wonderful host in a stunning place...

We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Lovely place, very clean and spacious. Great location- a few minutes to a beautiful beach. We stayed at the end of the Summer season so it was lovely and quiet and fortunately a few places were still open, there was a shop, restaurant and cafe all in walking distance. Great swimming pool too. Would definately recommend and would love to stay again.

We felt like home from day 1. The house was small but ideal for 6 people, with the amenities and everything that one would have at home. Violeta and Antoni, are extremely nice and welcoming, they were super friendly. The place is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy your vacations. We fell in love with the island and with the house!!

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Very cozy cottage with a direct location on the beach. The pool is not heated, which you should keep in mind if you don't want to vacation there in high summer. The beach was right outside the front door and the sound of the sea through the windows. Some restaurants and bars are in walking distance. If you are traveling with small children, you have to be careful as the stairs have no railings. We were there in early April and the neighboring house next to the pool is currently a construction site, so there was some noise during the day. The house has outdoor furniture for the pool area and for the roof terrace. Check-in was easy and the host was always easy to reach, and help was quick to take care of any issues.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

This property was very comfortable and homey, and the amenities were as described. The view was fantastic and in a very peaceful setting. The location was perfect, very easy to get to Split. I would highly recommend this property if youre looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, yet you are only 20 minutes drive away from Split.

Immaculate hospitality in a tastefully decorated space by the sea. Clean modern room, and the owner is always available for information. A sure and safe choice.

We had an unforgettable week here and felt very comfortable. Everything you needed was there. The beach and privacy were great. Angelica was a very warm hostess who immediately assisted us in 2 emergency situations. We will certainly come back to Corfu....and then to the Caramela beach house.

We had a fabulous time at Josipa’s apartment. It was modern, clean, comfortable and the views were stunning! Josipa was a great host, allowing us to check in a little early, and stay a little longer. This was a great location to relax by the ocean and explore the area. We hope to come back someday.

The enchanting house is a real gem. Located right on the coast, you sleep in & wake up to the sound of the surf. Right in front of the bedrooms, the sea begins & invites you to take a morning walk or bath. Perfect seclusion in a grove of lemon & olive trees off the street & the neighbors. Tastefully minimalist furnishings, no unnecessary stuff, loving reception by Eleonora. It is the small attentive gestures that make the stay as pleasant as the bowl with the delicious lemons, clementines, ouzo & small sweets or the generously sized supplies of Nespresso capsules. The fully equipped kitchen really offers everything for cooking if you don't visit one of the wonderful restaurants. The two loungers by the house tempt you to enjoy reading all day with a glass of wine or a delicious espresso overlooking the sea. We miss this wonderful place already.

It was a lovely stay, we would definitely return! The house is quiet and perfectly taken care of, with tasty decoration and high quality equipment. I stayed in Apri at a beautiful Petro's place , and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences I’ve had. The place has an amazing vibe—peaceful, welcoming, and full of charm. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The house itself is well-designed and comfortable. The bed was especially worth mentioning—soft, supportive, and perfect for a good night’s sleep after a day in the sun. I woke up every morning refreshed and ready to explore. One of the highlights was the garden. It’s absolutely stunning—lush, green, and carefully maintained, It felt like our own private oasis. And of course, the beachfront location was unbeatable. Just a few steps from the house, the sea was right there—crystal-clear and calm. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee with a view or watching the sunset over the water, it never stopped being magical. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful getaway in Greece.

Almyriki Studio is a perfect place for people looking for peace and relaxation away from tourist hustle and bustle. The accommodation is very, very nice for two and fully corresponds to the descriptions. The beach (30m) was beautiful and empty with about 1km length and with about 20 people. In Sindonia there was a tavern on the beach until the end of October that was visited a lot by locals and has super good local dishes but also delivers very good standards (pizza, etc.)! There are several mountain hikes within 20 km that are a very good and exciting alternative to the beach. All in all highly recommended!
