I think this house is much more than the photos and descriptions. First of all, it is very clean. This is the most important point. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, pubs, all are 10 steps away. I would definitely recommend a full island house with a terrace and a wooden green door.

This stay offered just the peace and tranquility we were looking for. Located in the heart of nature, away from the city, this house was very good for us with its quietness and calmness. The hosts thought of every detail; everything from comfortable beds to fragrant linens, from the spotless kitchen to the glamorous view was perfect. Sleeping peacefully under the stars at night and waking up in the morning with the birds chirping was an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a place to escape the busy pace of work and rest our soul, this is the place for you! Many thanks to the hosts for this wonderful experience.

Perfect host with excellent communication. The place is in Macaron neighborhood and very close to the sea side. Walking distance of 10 minutes to Marina. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely and private home. There are 2 good-sized bedrooms upstairs and a shower/lavatory, kitchen, living room and a cozy entrance courtyard downstairs. I highly recommend this place. We thank Öznur Hanım for cleanliness of the house and her hospitality. We wish her all the best.

Mr. Turgut and his mother were friendly... We had a really pleasant and comfortable experience during our stay at the house. The house was even more beautiful and spotless than the photos. All our needs were considered, everything was complete. The host was extremely kind, caring, and welcoming. The only word was great. We really felt at home. Thank you so much for everything. This was a very unique air BnB. It is like a clean oasis amidst a very old, antiquated town. The town of Ayvalik is not kept clean. Although I love cats, there was cat urine and feces and food on the streets everywhere. The town would benefit from some kind of a cleaning program where the residents wash down their area of the streets every day. There was also a lot of litter everywhere. But the Air BnB was clean and comfortable and we were able to do our laundry and store our perishables in the modern refrigerator. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Getting in and out was a challenge but we called and the hosts guided us in with a moped. Definitely a cultural experience.

Ömür's place is exactely what you see in the photos. Compact and clean. Simple and comfortable. His wife and he made us feel very welcome.

Mr. Ekin was very interested in everything from the places to visit to the places where we would shop, and he answered the questions immediately. It had everything from a dishwasher to an iron and a fan (only the air conditioner was missing). My advice for those who will go is to shop in advance like us, you may not find what you are looking for because it is a village. Thank you for everything

It was a nice experience and a comfortable place and the apartment is clean and the host is very helpful and helpful .. they were the most perfect people I saw and met, they greeted us with their smiling faces when we entered the house, they smelled immaculately as we entered the house, the house was very clean, as clean as the heart of the ayten sister and Kemal brother, they treated us very well during the holiday, we were not like a host, we were not like our family, we ate together and had conversations together, we designed the house so well, we did not want to go out so nicely, we felt like a lot of people there, they helped us a lot, they took us all the way to the places we could visit, and we introduced those beautiful places, a normal host only looks at the rent, but I'm very happy that I didn't want to leave, but I was very happy that I met such beautiful people until the end.

Mr. Berke's communication was very good, we thank him. He solved the minor problems immediately. He greeted us warmly and with a smile. The location of the house is close to the beautiful sea. The building was brand new and useful. I was only disturbed by the music on the beach until late in the evening, there is nothing to do about it. There is a parking problem because it is crowded. Apart from that, it was nice that it was close to the sea, the house was useful, the building was not crowded and there were places to walk nearby. We felt like our own home.

The location is a very peaceful and nice. Ms Leyla was great to deal with. She was very helpful during the entire stay.

Ms. Sezin was tolerant, flexible, friendly and caring. Most details have been considered for comfort. The house is a convenient, cozy house with a 1+1 home status. We only had a little uneasiness in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, but it was solvable. It is a very calm, peaceful place, and it can be preferred if you have a short holiday. Transportation to the beach and grocery stores is quite easy. Air conditioning is perfectly sufficient.

if you go to Ayvalik side, you can definitely choose, the house was very nice, all the needs were available in the house, the location of the house was also very close to the sea and the house was very hygienic

Cleanliness down to the finest detail is also very important. We were amazed by the interior design. It was also a place we would prefer again due to its location.

Highly recommend in a central location, very close to the beach. Mr. Serkan responded to our questions very quickly. If it happens again, we would definitely prefer it again.

Thanks to Gurbuz and Aydin bey for smooth and nice stay. Everything was the same as described. Very clean and cosy. We didn't use the kitchen, however there could be more cuttlery and cups (not glasses) :) Balcony is very spacious, we spent there every evening watching neighbourhood cats, who wanted to enter the house very much:))) It was very nice stay overall, thank you once again!

The amenities were very good, even a new washing machine was available. The place was very clean and the communication very friendly. I loved that there was someone in the house who you could address daily if you needed anything. And the possibility to communicate via whats app, which made it much easier for me. Host helped you with requests at all times. I highly recommend the place.

The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed. I would recommend it without hesitation.

The interior was really clean, we were very satisfied, I just think that basic products such as salt and sugar should be available inside. Thank you very much for the host's attention.

The house was very useful and clean, the kitchenware was sufficient and useful. The host Mr. Mehmet was very caring and friendly, and he intervened quickly when something was missing. It is 2 minutes by car from the beach. We left happy and joyful, I thank Mr. Mehmet.

The location of the house is spectacular, with a view of Altinoluk square, located in the bazaar. You can swim in the sea on the right side of the harbour, the water is immaculately clean, the distance to the house is about 2 minutes away on foot. There are all the items you may need inside the house. Mr. Mesut was also quick to respond when we needed something. We were very satisfied, thank you. We will be back.
