Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Balıkesir

We would like to thank Mr. Özhan and his hosts for their interest. We stayed with five people and were satisfied. We had a little trouble with the air conditioning in the double room, as the electrical installation was incomplete. The house is 8-10 minutes away from Sarımsaklı by car. If you have a car, transportation is generally comfortable. There are very nice venues around as well.

Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronic appliances in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is very stylish, it is a very pleasant Greek house to stay in ❤️ I think it's the best location in Ayvalık, with cobblestone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It is also very precious for me that he accepted my little dog. I stay in Ayvalık every year, and I've stayed in this kind of house before, but this is by far my favorite place. See you next summer. 🤗❤️

This was a very unique air BnB. It is like a clean oasis amidst a very old, antiquated town. The town of Ayvalik is not kept clean. Although I love cats, there was cat urine and feces and food on the streets everywhere. The town would benefit from some kind of a cleaning program where the residents wash down their area of the streets every day. There was also a lot of litter everywhere. But the Air BnB was clean and comfortable and we were able to do our laundry and store our perishables in the modern refrigerator. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Getting in and out was a challenge but we called and the hosts guided us in with a moped. Definitely a cultural experience.

Mr. Turgut and his mother were friendly... We had a really pleasant and comfortable experience during our stay at the house. The house was even more beautiful and spotless than the photos. All our needs were considered, everything was complete. The host was extremely kind, caring, and welcoming. The only word was great. We really felt at home. Thank you so much for everything. We would recommend it to anyone who goes this way with peace of mind!

The location of the house was great. The house was also quite good. It was also very nice to have its own beach. It can be one of the best spots in the North Aegean for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Everything was as described during the reservation, we didn't have a bad surprise. Mr. Erdem was very friendly and interested in communication. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. There was nothing missing. Everything we needed was provided. Our stay at Marmara Island was really great! The location of this beachfront resort could not have been better – we had a spectacular view and were able to listen to the sound of the waves at any moment. The accommodation is quite comfortable and had everything one would need to rest. Transportation to the island is very easy by ship. The beauty of the island is not only limited to the sea and the beach, but the mountainous area behind it is also very impressive. The perfect spot for long walks or bike tours. Ideal for those who want to get away from the stress of city life and just relax. We will definitely be back!

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

You can find everything you need at home, even the old ones, we had a very pleasant time on the swing on the back balcony, accompanied by long conversations, we loved the kitchen. Its location was also very close to the center, and since the neighborhood was different from the rest of Ayvalık, even though my friends were a little nervous at night, I never felt that way, it was just a little touristy, but the apartment was in a living area. they were the most perfect people I saw and met, they greeted us with their smiling faces when we entered the house, they smelled immaculately as we entered the house, the house was very clean, as clean as the heart of the ayten sister and Kemal brother, they treated us very well during the holiday, we were not like a host, we were not like our family, we ate together and had conversations together, we designed the house so well, we did not want to go out so nicely, we felt like a lot of people there, they helped us a lot, they took us all the way to the places we could visit, and we introduced those beautiful places, a normal host only looks at the rent, but I'm very happy that I didn't want to leave, but I was very happy that I met such beautiful people until the end.

You can just take your personal belongings and go, you are going to a place where you can meet all your needs as if you were in your own home, there was nothing missing, everything was thought out to the finest detail, you don't have to worry about cleaning, everything was sparkling and the host was extremely interested and helpful
