Holiday rentals with breakfast in Balıkesir

We had a very nice holiday. The location of the house was beautiful. The house was spotless. If I go to Ayvaliğ again, I would prefer this house again.

This is our second time staying in this wonderful house. We had another extremely comfortable holiday thanks to its location close to the beach and shopping centers, the quiet peaceful environment and the presence of three independent bedrooms. Our host, Ms. Iffet, was as hospitable as ever. She was quick to respond to our questions and needs. I hope we will be guests next year as well. In addition, watering the garden in the evenings is a very pleasant and refreshing effort:))

We stayed for 2 nights and the place was great, it’s right on the sea and everything was comfortable. Their breakfast is great and the cafe is beautifully decorated with art and calm music. Mehmet bey was very supportive and the other people as well. Also there are tables on the balcony and in the room, it would be great for working on personal projects. We would come again! Thank you for a great time.

The place is so perfect that it couldn't be better. Despite being centrally located at night, it is very quiet and sleeps, the mattress is perfectly stiff, for me it was a lifesaver. If you want to see and get to know the city, then this is the place for you. The hosts are hospitable, helped to book a restaurant, and if you do not know what to see - be sure to ask Fulia, she told us the places we could only dream of. Very nice and clean pension, would love to stay again.

We first experienced it in the winter months, it was very nice. But the real taste of Mudanya and this place is in the spring. The room was very nice, an environment that met every need. It's a very quiet, but amazing sea view... you open your window in the morning and the light fog, herons and the fragrance of the sea immediately surround you. Breakfast is very successful, the service is friendly. There are unlimited facilities to walk or eat, a hotel fifteen minutes walk from IDO. Want to go to the Mudanya side? 3 minutes yurt, take the F1 bus from the back street, Armistice square in fifteen minutes! Such a calm but central location is very rare. We are very satisfied, we will visit again. Highly recommend
