First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Thank you for this pleasant holiday:) If a yellow cat accompanies you in your garden, we called it a coward:)

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

On our 3-day vacation, we were almost at peace with Ms. Başak's house and suggestions. We received the house quite clean and made sure to deliver it the same way. The host was extremely interested. All the items in the house met our needs. New towels were placed for each of us and every corner of the house was clean. We especially loved the balcony with a sea view, it was our indispensable place for our morning breakfasts, evening dinners and hours of pleasure. It was great to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and all other businesses. It was a pleasant holiday.

We had a very nice holiday with my mother, father and son, the house was extremely clean and modern. It was very close to the beach, shopping centers, amusement park, etc. If I come again, would I prefer it? Yes, I would. Thank you very much.

Overall, we were satisfied with the house and the communication with the host. They were helpful to provide our needs. They were open to communication. The location of the house was very good, away from other crowds and sounds but also close to everything. There is also an area right in front of the house where you can swim in the sea, it was calmer and there were few people. I think it was the best part of this house. If we go to Avşa again, we would like to stay in the same place. They came to get it by car to reach the house, and we would also like to thank you for that. There were just a few issues that were at a disadvantage for us. The washing machine was on the ground floor of the house and reserved for common use. Since we were on the top floor it was difficult to get down to the laundry toss. The vacuum cleaner was also shared, just so you know. It could have been better if the houses were in themselves. We couldn't see the iron either, but if we asked, Mr. Cihan and his wife would definitely help. There is no air conditioning in the house, the upper floors are airy at certain times of the day. Cleanliness down to the finest detail is also very important. We were amazed by the interior design. It was also a place we would prefer again due to its location.

We stayed at Ida Maya Hostel for 2 nights. We preferred it because it is very central and they are animal friendly. I did well. It was a great luxury to wake up early in the morning, take 10 steps and go into the sea. Its location was great, being very close to the bazaar. I never needed to drive. The rooms were extremely clean and simple, there were no unnecessary details. Since they were newly opened, everything, including the Jacuzzi, was spotless. It was very pleasant to end the day on a large balcony, as the sun set right in front of you. Perfect for a calm, central accommodation.
