Very nice house in the middle of the turkish culture. We enjoyed our stay. The host is speaking English and was providing all necessary information. There is all necessary for the kitchen, washing and everything! The terrace is amazing. The people around are very friendly and helpful. Our kids was playing with the neighbors kids and it was amazing for all of them. The trucks with fruits and vegetables, corn, some pastries are passing almost every day and you can find all you need in the nearby stores. There are also supermarkets in 5-10 min by car. We enjoyed the sea and the mountains. This was a really emersion in the turkish culture. Thank you a lot for this holidays 🙏

We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. Everything was thought out in the house and the house was extremely clean. The location of the house was 2 minutes walking distance to the sea. The sea was very nice and clean. We had a very nice 3 days as a family at Mr. Ünal's house. The street where the house is located was quiet and peaceful. It was 7-8 minutes on foot to Akçay Kordon. The entrance to the house starts from the 2nd floor from the side stairs. The entrance also has a large balcony. If you are going to have breakfast, it will be easier to serve here as the kitchen is right at the entrance. But we preferred to do all the cooking on the upper floor balcony, which is very spacious and has a view of the Kaz Mountains. There is also a barbecue on the upper floor balcony. If we enter the house, it is a house with 4 rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds and 5 single beds, which is extremely suitable for large families to stay comfortably. There was almost all the equipment in the kitchen. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a ceiling fan in all rooms except the upstairs living room and it worked very efficiently. I thank Mr. Unal and if you are coming to the Akçay region, I recommend this house to everyone with peace of mind.

We stayed at Savaş (Baris) 's house for 3 days and everything was perfect. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. Being very close to the sea was a big advantage. The setting was quite calm and beautiful, we had a really relaxing experience. It has a wonderful view, a house where 3 families (with few or no children) can easily stay, in a location where you can easily reach the bays, some by car and some on foot, most importantly, Murat is very interested and relevant.

We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. Although it was very hot outside, the house was very cool and spacious due to the fact that it was made of stone. It was very nice to have a beautifully decorated bathroom in each room. There are very high quality products from the electronic devices used in the kitchen to other materials. We left saying that we should come again and again.
