Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronic appliances in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is very stylish, it is a very pleasant Greek house to stay in ❤️ I think it's the best location in Ayvalık, with cobblestone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It is also very precious for me that he accepted my little dog. As someone who uses Airbnb all the time, I can easily recommend this great accommodation experience. The view of the house is great, and the interior of the house is very tasteful and luxuriously furnished. The garden of the house and the shared pool you can use are also very enjoyable. Our host, Ms. Yüksel, introduced the house in detail on the day we arrived and then took care of all our questions. We used the parking lot at Bobby Coffee, a family business, the house is a 3-minute walk from here and it's a very easy route. The house was clean and as it appeared in the same photos. There is also air conditioning in the house, which will be useful for those who come in summer as the upper floor is a little hot. The only negative experience we had at home was that we had a lot of insect bites due to the natural environment. Our experience at home was not affected by the fact that we took this risk (we came with off spray, etc.). Thank you again for the great hosting and accommodation. We also recommend Bobby Coffee for cold coffee, dessert and breakfast. The breakfast we had here on the last day was quite satisfying.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable.
