The location of the house was very good. Since we did not know the region very well, he helped us a lot during our trip. We will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Ayvalık. This was a very unique air BnB. It is like a clean oasis amidst a very old, antiquated town. The town of Ayvalik is not kept clean. Although I love cats, there was cat urine and feces and food on the streets everywhere. The town would benefit from some kind of a cleaning program where the residents wash down their area of the streets every day. There was also a lot of litter everywhere. But the Air BnB was clean and comfortable and we were able to do our laundry and store our perishables in the modern refrigerator. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Getting in and out was a challenge but we called and the hosts guided us in with a moped. Definitely a cultural experience.

Ms. Belgin and her husband were very nice and helpful. There was a water outage while we were there and they were more concerned about us and mobilized to help. Ms. Belgin gave us information about the points we might need such as grocery patisserie before she left. The house is very close to the sea and within 10 minutes walking distance to the center. The house had everything you could need and was adequate, clean and tidy. We were satisfied, thank you again:)

Mr. Turgut and his mother were friendly... We had a really pleasant and comfortable experience during our stay at the house. The house was even more beautiful and spotless than the photos. All our needs were considered, everything was complete. The host was extremely kind, caring, and welcoming. The only word was great. We really felt at home. Thank you so much for everything. We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. Thank you for providing a very sufficient accommodation experience in the interior with a large garden balcony within the texture of the island, right next to the Rahmi Koç museum, within walking distance to everywhere.

First of all, I would like to start by thanking Mr. Erdi for his good communication. We easily communicated during both check-in and checkout. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen utensils you could need. The house fully met our need for our family of 5. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the water engine upstairs works very loudly. The terrace was quite pleasant. The house is located on a quiet street, although the building does not have a parking lot, we did not have any problems finding a parking spot. If your expectation is a calm stay, you can choose with peace of mind. Thank you to Mr. Erdi for his hospitality.

they were the most perfect people I saw and met, they greeted us with their smiling faces when we entered the house, they smelled immaculately as we entered the house, the house was very clean, as clean as the heart of the ayten sister and Kemal brother, they treated us very well during the holiday, we were not like a host, we were not like our family, we ate together and had conversations together, we designed the house so well, we did not want to go out so nicely, we felt like a lot of people there, they helped us a lot, they took us all the way to the places we could visit, and we introduced those beautiful places, a normal host only looks at the rent, but I'm very happy that I didn't want to leave, but I was very happy that I met such beautiful people until the end.

First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Thank you for this pleasant holiday:) If a yellow cat accompanies you in your garden, we called it a coward:)

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.
