Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Die ehemalige Schreinerei meines Vaters haben wir in zwei Wohnungen umgebaut. Eine davon ist für Euch reserviert. In diesen besonderen Zeiten achten wir noch intensiver auf die Reinigung, Desinfizierung und Belüftung der Wohnung. Zwischen den einzelnen Buchungen ( An- und Abreise) wird ein Tag Pause eingelegt, um für die Maßnahmen genügend Zeit zu haben.

My apartment is near Munich (45 km) and is within the so called "Oberland" upper land with its mountains and lakes. The apartment is cosy and light with a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bath room. Perfect for couples, singels, adventurers and also for business people.

Schöne ruhige Souterrainwohnung (ca. 38 m²) in ländlicher Umgebung ( 1,5 km bis Bad Tölz). Wandern, Mountainbiken oder Skifahren, alles in der Nähe. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Bad Tölz ( ca. 1, 5 km). Von Bad Tölz aus fährt stündlich ein Zug nach München Hauptbahnhof.
