Apartment holiday rentals in Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great stay, really friendly and perfect location for where we needed. Slopes close by and easy to get in and out of Mayrhofen. Hans was really helpful! Would stay again

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

Christine was a helpful and friendly guest. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. We loved our stay.

Hans was responsive and welcoming as a host. We were due to arrive on Sunday when food markets are closed, so he bought a few basics to have on hand. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

The first time driving, you almost let your heart stand. Curvy narrow mountain road with fantastic views. You get used to driving quickly. The warm welcome also included a super tasty bottle of its own apple juice in the fridge.... The apartment is under the owners' apartment.... and agreements worked quickly and simply at all times. The apartment has two bedrooms and is more than sufficient for a family with one or two children. Indoor bathroom with tub is also spacious. Only you have to leave the light on for some time after showering or bathing so that the trigger gets the moisture away. Kitchen has everything you need in an apartment.... Even a dishwasher!! (There is no microwave.... but do you need that? We didn't miss it.) There is life in the house, at night you can hear maximum the village cats or the rippling of the rain and the roaring of the thunder. Tours can also start directly at the house.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

My stay with Peter was great and I was warmly welcomed by his family. I was with my dog for a hiking holiday in St. Johann and the accommodation is an ideal starting point for this - whether on the Kitzbühler Horn or the Kaiser Mountains. Quiet walks can be taken almost endlessly along the Kitzbühler Großache, which flows only a few meters away. The room was very clean, sheets and towels smelled pleasantly fresh. The small kitchenette has everything you need, incl. Coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Several supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away. I'll be more than happy to come back!

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

Very nice apartment 5 minutes from the cross-country ski slopes, 2 minutes from the grocery store and in the heart of Seefeld village to enjoy restaurants and shops. It's all about walking. We could communicate easily with the host and the place was very clean and well-equipped. Perfect for a stay with friends or family. I recommend it!

My family and I had an amazing stay! The place was perfect and spacious. It was located in a perfect spot, it was so peaceful and beautiful. We were able to walk to local restaurants that had great food. I highly recommend this as a stay if you are visiting the castle or just the area.

Great location for walking to the Octoberfest area and all the interesting sites. Especially convenient on the first day of Octoberfest where public transportation and the streets were clogged with visitors and locals to celebrate the Octoberfest start and parade. The apartment is conveniently located to a couple of grocery stores, cafe's, the S-Bahn and most importantly the Lowenbrau Biergarten. Ben was extremely responsive to answer questions and proactive to assure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we loved it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was simply a dream,very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would keep staying with you, there was just nothing missing. Very tasty also your homemade honey and the delicious schnapps. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. We had an all-around great stay in this apartment! The place was exactly as described – modern and clean. The fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful view from the balcony. The location was also ideal. Communication with the host was outstanding – quick, friendly, and helpful with any questions. Check-in was completely straightforward. The property is located in a beautiful location in the Munich foothills. The climate and fresh air were very pleasant. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and stylishly furnished. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent soundproofing – you can't hear other guests or steps from above. Our personal highlight was the hot tub and barbecue hut – the latter we thought it was a bit expensive, but still a great extra. The service was excellent: requests were always responded to quickly and kindly. Thanks to the good highway connection, Munich can be reached in about 30 minutes, which made spontaneous day trips very pleasant. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay – so there are 5 stars from us!

Great location in the center of Augsburg with a fantastic view. Very clean apartment with everything that we needed. Much appreciated that you could buy a selection of drinks directly from the host. Generous and accommodating host who answered swiftly to all our questions. Would love to stay there again.

You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.
