The apartment was the perfect location for a young family. Sabine was a wonderful host, communicating brilliantly, welcoming us on arrival and making us and the kids feel at home the whole time, with so many toys and outdoor activities available to us. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed, with great views from the balcony. The location is superb, everything we needed was a short walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

We had a very pleasant stay in Grafrath. Simon was extremely kind and helpful, giving several hints about the place and always available whenever we needed a help. I hope we may return to their place in the future!

Maria is a great host, took care of everything, is extremely friendly and has an authentic character. Here you get a beautiful place with good connection to the Spieljochbahn and the large ski area in the Zillertal. We will be happy to come back! Thank you Maria!!!

The accommodation is quiet and easy to find. The host responded to questions within a short time and was very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. We immediately felt comfortable at the place. I had a wonderful two week stay at Waltraud & Michael’s airbnb. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. If you enjoy hiking you will absolutely love this stay as there are countless trails nearby. Waltraud & Michael went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. They picked me up and dropped me back off at the train station which was very kind. They gave me lots of recommendations on the best trails, the best restaurants, and how to make use of the Reutte Aktiv card. They even brought me an office chair when I mentioned I would be working some afternoons which was incredibly thoughtful. Amazing stay and amazing hosts, I highly recommend anyone to stay here!

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was extremely smooth, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. The guest house is slightly uphill, so do keep that in mind if you have any physical constraints—but the stunning view of the city more than makes up for the climb. The area is peaceful and ideal for a relaxing holiday. A departmental store is just a 7–8 minute walk away, and the train station is about 15 minutes on foot. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to explore the region!

For the second time at Marlene's, we were allowed to spend a great snow sports week again in the small but well furnished apartment with sun balcony. The quiet location with the best public transport connection to, among others, Seefeld, security facilities in the ski cellar and the extensive cross-country network with access practically at your doorstep are the best conditions for outdoor enthusiasts. Marlene's warm hospitality completes the whole picture. Thank you and soon back to Plaik/Leutasch!

Our stay at the apartment was very good, there are no basic negative points, everything was great. It should only be mentioned that construction work is currently taking place on the neighboring property, which limits the view from the balcony, as you look at a container wall. However, there are no problems with the volume. However, the apartment is generally recommended.

Everything was perfect – the place, the location and even the weather! Great hosts and countless nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

Magdalena's house is absolutely charming. It really matches the look in the pictures. Large kitchen with convenient cooking equipment, living room with door to the balcony (there is a TV but not smart), spacious dining area and very comfortable! The washing machine saved us in the property. Magdalena would come in every day to empty the trash. We didn't mind that they entered the house when we weren't present, but it should be taken into account. We enjoyed the property very much, Magdalena was very nice and friendly, she added a baby crib even though we didn't ask and in general she did her best. Good stay, highly recommended!

The stay was just great! The place was exactly as described – very clean, lovingly decorated and perfectly equipped. The location was ideal, quiet and yet close to everything you need. Check-in went smoothly, and communication with Dominique was friendly and helpful at all times. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

We had an incredibly beautiful stay in this lovingly furnished apartment. Everything was thought of – so we found everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom modern and very clean. Fresh flowers on the table immediately gave us a nice feeling, and the terrace on the sunny side is just perfect for enjoying the tranquility. Christoph and Stephanie are very hospitable and have given us great tips for the area – from hikes to restaurant recommendations. The apartment is the ideal starting point for great hikes, for example on the Wank, a trip to the Zugspitze or for a leisurely walk through the village. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and can highly recommend this place. We would come back anytime!

This place is great! Clean, spacious and a 10 minute walk to beautiful Lake Starnberg. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right in front of the condo that takes you to the train station. There are grocery stores across the street which is about a 5 minute walk. Great restaurants and shopping around the lake.

I visited the apartment at the end of May, and the stay was for only two people, and the space is very suitable for this number. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. My apartment was Michel Top 4. Very clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It has two glass openings in the ceiling that open with electricity, and the views are very beautiful. Private parking is available. Note: There is no air conditioning or fan, but the atmosphere was nice and we did not need it during our stay. The only drawback is that if you arrive at the apartment at night, it is very difficult to arrive because the streets are dark and scary, and you feel that the area is uninhabited. But in the daytime, the situation is completely different - the place is wonderful, quiet and beautiful. The host was very cooperative and responded quickly. I do not recommend living without a car, because the area of Oetz is small and limited, but it is less than an hour away from Innsbruck. ⸻ Stayed at Michel Top 4 in late May. Perfect for two people — clean, cozy, great views, and well-equipped. No AC or fan, but the weather was nice. Hard to find at night (dark roads), but beautiful during the day. Helpful host. A car is a must in Oetz.

The place was very nice and absolutely clean. Everything was exactly as described. The key handover was super uncomplicated. The terrace with great views was particularly nice. Another plus: your own underground parking space. The hosts were very friendly, easily accessible and had everything well prepared. Highly recommended!

That was an all-around successful vacation with Lena & Tobi. The place was great, the location beautiful and Lena & Tobi were incredibly great and likeable hosts. The apartment was very tastefully decorated, well equipped and absolutely clean. In particular, however, the hospitality of Lena and Tobi and the matter-of-fact way in which they involved our son in the farm work made this stay unforgettable. What a great place to stay. We felt very comfortable in the beautiful chalet. The rooms are very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen offers everything you need to indulge in culinary delights in the chalet. The surroundings are fantastic with a great view of the main Alpine ridge with Alpspitze and Zugspitze. The Kuhflucht waterfalls can also be seen from the chalet. The accommodation is located in a very quiet residential area and you can walk to the train station, a bakery and a village shop in 15 minutes. There is also a great Italian restaurant nearby (Da Nico). We enjoyed our three days in the chalet very much. The openness and helpfulness of our hostess also contributed to this. And the delicious rhubarb cake. Thank you for everything.

Carolin was a great host (communicative and present) and the apartment was incredible. Great view of the mountains from two of the three balconies. As clean and modern as you could wish for, and equipped with all the amenities a family needs. Only 10 minutes drive to the Zugspitze or Garmisch, and large supermarkets only about 5 minutes away.

The place was super clean, the reception at the place was super friendly and very familiar. The various rooms on the residential complex as well as in the apartment are well maintained and in great condition. The communication was super good and also very fast, and questions were answered quickly. At a great time in Oberaudorf, this apartment was the best decision everything was just perfect. Ps: The view from the balcony is simply stunning direct mountain views. Always happy and 1000% recommended.

We stayed at this great place until yesterday. It's rare for an apartment to really look as great as the pictures. But this is definitely true here! It is beautiful and big enough for 6 people. It has a small sauna, which we all really liked. The terrace and the view from this one is breathtaking! Of course, the hosts are equally noteworthy. Anna and Rudi are both incredibly friendly and open-minded. The contact with her daughter in advance was just as pleasant. We will definitely visit again!

Beautiful home that was very easy to find. Great location with lots around such as walks, amazing restaurants and beautiful scenery. Andrea was very kind and gave a lot of great recommendations! Absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice relaxing stay!
