The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Perfect for the most beautiful time of the year

Dear Guests Our vacation rental is located in a sunny, quiet area, about a 5-minute walk from the train station, in a 30 km/h zone. It features a private parking space, a terrace with a garden, and a magnificent view of the mountains. It can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights during the off-season and for a minimum of 6 nights during the peak season (Easter; from Pentecost through September 15; and from Christmas through January 7). The visitor’s tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Feel like being at home

It features 3 bedrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen with a sofa, a small bathroom, and a view of the greenery. There is one parking space right outside the door (with additional parking available on the street). Close to the S-Bahn: just approx. 22 minutes to Munich (Marienplatz) or approx. 30 minutes to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke), or a 15-minute drive to the trade. Retreat in the Eastern Allgäu

We have newly built a vacation home in Rettenbach am Auerberg. An apartment with a separate entrance and a double bed (sleeping berth) in the gallery; a "hideaway" for two people a good hour's drive from Munich. Flooded with light, guests have a view of the Bavarian white-blue sky during the day and at night you can watch the stars from the bed – they seem a little brighter here in the eastern Allgäu than in Munich because of the lower scattered light.

Our six cozy double rooms are perfect for cyclists or hikers who would like to stay with us for just one night. Rooms are equipped with double bed, TV and cozy sitting area. Towels, bed linen, bathrobe are included. You use the 8 single bathrooms in the basement. In addition, there is a lounge, laundry room, cycling and ski room and a great economy with breakfast and Mediterranean cuisine in our house. And all at the foot of the brown corner.

Ferienparadies Starnberger See

Next to our house on the edge of the forest is this very quiet, separate granny apartment with 2 rooms, modern kitchen and bathroom, with approx. 55 square meters. The unique, idyllic garden, which our guests can enjoy from their own terrace, is spacious and south-facing. Lake Starnberg is just a few minutes away by bike. Hiking, swimming, walking, cycling – Berg is the ideal place for varied vacations in the foothills of the Alps.

Separate apartment in the south of Munich

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

The "Waldhäusl"

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus an independent cottage with its own entrance. In June 2024, it was largely newly furnished again. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100 m away. By car, it is 15 minutes to See train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the central station in Munich.
