Villa holiday rentals in Avalon

Plenty of space for our group of eight plus a dog. Comfortable beds. Host was friendly and responsive. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Incredible views! We loved our stay and plan to book again! Comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating options from which to enjoy the incredible views. Comfortable beds and all furniture in great condition. Only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the lighting outside the front door. Many positives to our stay

These hosts turned hosting into a science, it's as if they predicted when a guest will want when and where and made accommodations for it, even to the minute detail of running an extension HDMI cable from the back of their tv to the front for convenience instead of wrestling with the back of the tv. Everything was in such a convenient and logical place that it makes me wonder if they have professional experience in hotel hospitality or interior design. They were a complete joy to work with and made sure all the instructions were clear and concise so there was no question on how to get there, what codes to use and where things were located. One of the best experiences I've pretty much every had, and I travel the world going to 6 to 10 places a year including abroad. Will definitely be back again!!!

Words almost do not do this stay justice! From the easy access to the pristine views this stay was all you could ask for and more! Not to mention Shari was so responsive and kind. We will forever cherish this trip!

We have stayed at Terranea many times and Beth’s view is the best of any Casita we’ve stayed-in. Unobstructed ocean views from both the living room and the bedroom. Close to the walking trail, pool, spa, and restaurants. Check-in through the app and front desk were nice and easy. Daily housekeeping was wonderful as well. Thank you, Beth. We will be back!

Overall, we had a great stay here. The location is perfect, and the golf cart made experiencing Catalina easy and fun! The view from the unit is incredible. Lamont was communicative and responsive. There were a few things which in no way spoiled our time there but should be addressed. Not all windows open due to broken mechanisms, and the shower pressure and hot water were weak at best, but only for the shower, so I think it could be easily addressed. But, having morning coffee on the deck, easy access via the golf cart to restaurants, hiking, the beach, and everything else Avalon has to offer, it was an enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was very responsive and caring for all of our needs. The best part is that they can drop off the golf cart and the ferry location. We will definitely book again when we return with out whole family.

We a wonderful time at Anna’s casita. After loosing our home in the recent LA fires this reservation was exactly what we needed. I would take my family back to Anna’s in a heartbeat! Thank you Anna
