Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Avalon

What a fantastic beach-getaway! Richard was so fun and friendly when we checked in, and we felt right at home. The home was gorgeous and just yards away from the beach, and had a beautiful patio for relaxing in the sunshine. We hope to come back soon for another trip!

We used to live in Long Beach and visit family often. We like Belmont Shore for its beach access and walkability to restaurants and shops. The bungalow was on one of the quietest streets in the shore, so parking was never an issue. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. The large kitchen was perfect for making meals. We loved the backyard for evening BBQs and the front courtyard for morning coffee. The Dutch door is perfect for letting in the cool sea breeze. Casey was very responsive. We plan on coming back because we loved the spot!

Ann's place was perfect for our stay! I'd say it was a bit cramped for 6 adults, but we loved spending time in the backyard which made it all worth it! Ann's location was perfect for a quick walk downtown for some coffee and shopping! She is located in a lovely neighborhood and close to a nice park!

This was a perfect location. Wish I could have stayed longer and would 100% recommend. Beds were comfy, strong wifi, walkable to grocery store and the beach plus more!

What a LOVELY place to stay, just 6-7 houses away from the sand. Perfect location. Very useful shopping center across the street (Pavillions grocery store, banks, restaurants, etc). The house is very spacious, stocked with everything you'd need. Will definitely be back soon!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

It is so wonderful that people will open up their unique homes and let others enjoy such special places. The Villa is one of them! A patio right on the boardwalk and sand with great views was my favorite feature. My wife enjoyed the beach themed decorations and elegance of the Villa. But we can both agree that the host Kim (and her husband) were kind and sincerely caring people that made us welcomed!

Excellent air BNB! This is my second time staying at Jessica's place and will do so again the next time I'm in town....if it's available 🙂 Great host and great property...pay to play!! Everything that everyone has already started is true!

Our stay in Blake and Brenda lovely home was great. The apartment is very quiet and nice. It is very well equipped with all the staff you need to cook, and being Italians that means a lot! We even had a barbecue ready to be used Many thanks again to Blake and Brenda

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

Beautiful place to relax and have fun. Look forward to the visit every year. Best way to do Catalina is at Blake’s. I’ve stayed at many properties all over Catalina and this property is definitely me and my family’s favorite. Blake is always a great host and I look forward to spending time at his property every year.

Absolutely Stunning views. After I walked in and put my stuff down, I had to just sit on the foot of the bed staring out of the window to the beach in absolute awe. Paradise from the balcony and every window. I just took it all in. I went for my birthday weekend with the kids and it was worth every penny, especially with the golf cart included. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, plates, cups, electric hand mixer, and even seasonings etc. There's ice in the freezer and extra towels for the pool in the living room. Pull out couch. The pool is really close to this particular unit. The stairs are crazy going up, so again, I highly recommend this unit because it's not far from the golf cart/pool/Jacuzzi area. We wasted a lot of time trying to figure out the jammed lock box on the front door, FYI the door is unlocked up on arrival. But because at&t doesn't work in Avalon we were unable to call a taxi to leave. Heaters, beach chairs, board games included too! We'll be back!!

First of all, we are scheduled to go and stay there in February. But the weather was so bad. The boat would not sail so they let us change the dates which was great. I appreciate how they accommodated us ..The price was pretty steep, but they included the free golf cart which was great so that equaled out to a better value if we had no golf cart then it would’ve been steep but for the money, it was worth the view pretty quiet in there. But we tried our best to keep quiet. We enjoyed our view from our room and our living room. But I do think checkouts should be according to the weather when it’s cold outside you don’t wanna hang out down by the beach you wanna go inside. They did give us a little bit early check in when we arrived. And when we checked-out we did ask for later check out. They did extend it by one hour, but they should have told us sooner not an hour before checkout .My husband didn’t come on the trip Because of the check-in and checkout times.

Lauren was a phenomenal host the pictures dont do it justice this location offers spectacular views our host made us feel right at home and offered food stop recommendations the cove offers very private stay was super clean, the jacuzzi was definitely a plus after a long day of exploring the island not to mention the golf cart that help us zoom around the scenic route would definitely recommend if you want the best views in catalina island .

Beautiful complex with gorgeous views and lots of nice amenities. Loved staying at Hamilton Cove in Catalina Island. Looks like a village on a Greek island, quaint, charming and peaceful.

Messa and Rosey were wonderful hosts! We loved our stay, everything we needed was walking distance. Our stay was pleasant, great views, comfortable beds. We will definitely come back and hopefully it’s available.
