Nick is a great host. He is very responsive , which I really appreciate. The place is very clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities and toiletry supplies, including clean towels, dish soap and hand soap, coffee pods for Keurig, basic spices, etc. Hot tub was pleasant after a long day of sight seeing. This is highly recommended Airbnb... will definitely stay again.

Tower 17 Properties does a great job keeping its properties clean and well maintained. The house was right next to the beach, great amenities, peaceful area, and scenery cannot be beat. They communicated well before and during our stay to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what to do and how to find things. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their properties.

John’s place was spacious and nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. The home was able to accommodate all of our guests perfectly and the beds were comfortable. The location was conveniently just a block away from a Target plus other stores and close to the freeway which was great for our Disneyland trip. I would definitely stay at John’s place again!

Chris and Michelle were very responsive hosts. We loved the location and were thrilled with the little toys, books, and beach items provided for our use.

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The location was in a quiet close and not overlooked. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the outside entertaining area. Kameko was a great host and responded quickly to messages.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Our family loved staying at Mike's place. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. Everything was comfortable and peaceful. The backyard was dreamy, filled with the scent of orange blossoms and other flowers and full of places to relax, including the pool. Mike was an excellent and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again (and again)!

Keren’s place was just as described and perfect for our needs! Comfy beds, soft towels, perfectly clean, quiet and conveniently located! The outdoor space was lovely. A perfect spot to enjoy the provided coffee complete with cream and sugar! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This home was perfect! It was extremely well stocked which was so appreciated. Everything was spotless and organized. The backyard is amazing. The pool was really nice to enjoy. We paid extra to have it heated and it still was a little too chilly and David kindly bumped the temp a bit to make it perfect to enjoy. The fire-pit was also really nice to enjoy on the cooler evenings. The home is very tastefully decorated and easy to relax in. The QR codes are very helpful for instructions on how to run the TV, Fireplace, Pool, etc. David was very proactive in contacting us before arrival on how to arrive and get into the home. The home is easily accessible from the freeways, but is in a great walkable neighborhood. The home is 1 minute from a bridge walking path going over a ravine that connects to another neighborhood for longer walks and avoidance of the busier streets. Halloween decorations were very enjoyable throughout the neighborhood. Hope we can enjoy this lovely home again!!

The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The place was exactly as it was in the pictures. It was very comfy and cozy! It felt very safe and was close to the beach. We would definitely go back!!

Klaudia was a great host, responsive and open to assist with any questions throughout our stay. We felt at home and found parking around the corner which is not too far from the complex entrance . Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe . I really like the fact that the 7/11 is steps away .

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very quaint spot, all the folks we travelled with stayed at a hotel and I’m so happy with our decision. It was quiet and lovely. I forgot my phone charger and they had they covered. Cute area nearby to walk for food, shops and coffee. Great place to stay!!

This was perhaps the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, aesthetically calm and pleasing without excessive knickknacks. The coffee was quite good and all the ammenities were fully stocked (no having to go out and buy more toilet paper halfway through your stay). The location was AMAZING - so close to the beach, restaurents, coffee, botanical gardens, farmer's market, everything. Adelle was extremely responsive and went out of her way to recommend local restaurents that would fit our personal preferences. I highly recommend this place. This is in the description so it was not a suprise, but you should note that the extra mattresses (beyond the king-size bed, which was very comfortable) are memory foam. They are comfortable, but not as comfortable as a regular mattress. This only mattered to us because we had 3 adults staying together and it felt like 1 of us had a lesser sleeping arrangement than the other 2. Still, everyone slept fine and had a great time!

Brian’s little spot is cozy, comfortable and quiet. And just a short walk from downtown Avalon. It was perfect for our visit. Brian is a responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended!!

It was a wonderful stay..It looked just like the pictures..It was the perfect home away from home❣️ My family and I loved the location because, everything was in walking distance..and we really got to enjoy the beach and my teenage daughters all the coffee shops lol 😄 We will definitely book again..

Our return stay at California Dreamin’ was just as relaxing and fun as our first visit. The home is spacious and comfortable, and is well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked (chocolates and dog treats!) Susan is a responsive and helpful host, and the location is unbeatable—easy walk to beaches and downtown (if you can tear yourself away from the balcony!) We’ll be back again.
