Holiday rentals with a patio in Avalon

My Friends and I only stayed for one night. The place is really nice and is fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We wished we were staying longer to take advantage of all the kitchen ware. The location is close to everything, the beach, restaurants, and downtown. We loved the roof top deck! Would definitely go back if it was available again.

Place was clean, check-in was easy, the amenities I was interested in (parking and laundry) were very appreciated and seemingly rare in the area. A friend jokingly commented that it was "locked up like Fort Knox" with the multiple layers of coded access, but given the neighborhood vibe I didn't strictly mind. One nit I ran into is that I wanted to do laundry but couldn't find any sort of detergent in the unit and had to bop over to a corner store -- but otherwise a great stay!

The host is very flexible. Great and safe place to stay. Close to Disneyland.

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

What a gem. Lovely place and tastefully decorated. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. This was in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location; close to the bay, 2nd street and the beach. Owner was quick to respond and great to work with.

Had an awesome stay here! The location is perfect, super close to main beach and tons of great spots to eat, grab coffee, or just wander around. If you wanted to visit something further away, you’re also close to the trolley stop which is free to use. So we didn’t need to use the car at all. The place itself was super comfortable and clean. felt like a little home away from home. The bed was cozy, everything was well kept, the bathrooms and closet were stocked with any additional items I may need. The kitchen is also small but had anything that I would need. Even a dishwasher. The host was great with communication. Super friendly, quick to respond, and answered any questions I had. They also anticipated any questions and had some instructional videos in the check in info which was very useful if you are a visual learner. Overall I had a great stay and hope to be back soon!

Great host who is very considerate and thoughtful. The place looked a little smaller than the pictures, but it was perfect for a quiet getaway. The bed was comfortable but a little bit too soft, which was not my favorite. Overall, I recommend this place.

Miguel's place was wonderful. Great host. Home was clean and well equipped with the basics; towels, shampoo&condish, spices for the kitchen, not to meantion the AC & Heater, and a gorgeous back yard patio to chill at. Will definitely come again, loved the stay.

This gem in Belmont Shores was great for a quick getaway. Walkable to the beach and second street which has some of the best restaurants in LB! The backyard space was so lovely and home was extremely clean. We used the backyard space everyday and probably spent more time outside than inside. The kitchen was fully stocked and having a washer dryer was great. All you need to purchase is food at this place.

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

This was my first time at an Airbnb I was a little nervous. This was a wonderful experience my kids loved the place and we felt right at home. Very clean and easy to get to. I liked that it was close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again on future Disneyland trips.

We loved the Florida Casita and can’t wait for our next stay. Our family lives in the same neighborhood so it was super convenient and we were close to all the 4th Street Shops and walking distance to just about everything you need—including the beach. It’s a perfect house for folks who are planning to enjoy Long Beach or neighboring cities. Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful place, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and bikes. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only negative comment I have is that the couch was horribly uncomfortable. A nice comfortable sectional from Costco would make the place near perfect.

Great place, really clean with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were responsive and friendly, even though we didn’t need anything they answered a couple of questions immediately and even checked in on us to see if we needed anything. This place was perfect for us, within easy walking distance of the town, would recommend staying here.

Sean’s place was a beautiful peaceful space with everything you could possibly need on a family vacation! Bikes and beach toys in the garage, chargers beside every bed, coffee machines and new appliances! Really well appointed interior furniture and a beautiful outdoor space! He couldn’t have been friendlier and more responsive. We loved everything about our stay here and will definitely be returning soon!

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Ed’s welcomes you when you arrive to show you everything including parking, entering and leaving the place. There are disposable slippers at the door. It is a well appointed and well thought out space. I stay at a lot of Airbnb places and Ed’s place is one of the best. Super soft towels, charging stations in all of the bedrooms, Kleenex boxes all over the space, several TVs, a well equipped kitchen, A/C units in each bedroom in addition to one in the communal areas. We cooked a holiday dinner and baked cookies. There is a bed in the loft that has privacy because they put a curtain that is easily closed. There are blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms. Their bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. We even used the washer and dryer after long days of packing and cleaning my mom’s house. Ed recommended a Thai restaurant around the corner that was wonderful. It is also a great location down the block from the beach. There is a great balcony with a view.

Nico was an exceptional host — everything described on Airbnb was spot on. He even provided us with laundry pods to use in the building’s laundry room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Pike, Pine Street, the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, and more. My wife and I will definitely be back! Oh, and if I forgot to mention — the views of the marina and the sea are absolutely spectacular. Don’t hesitate — book this studio today or tonight! Thank you so much, Nico!! Lorraine’s airbnb is a quaint little studio in a nice location. The parking was very convenient and not having to worry about finding a spot was a huge weight off our shoulders. It was very easy to check in and communicate with Lorraine about any issues. I only had some minor issues with the shower water running hot and cold every few minutes (probably due to the building being an older construction) and the closet drawers were a bit dusty that I didn’t feel comfortable putting clothes away in there. Aside from this, I had a good overall experience and would recommend staying here if you need to be in the Long Beach area!

This place is fantastic, exceptionally clean, with lovely views of the water. Its prime location offers lots of nearby activities and attractions, with the convention center, shops, and restaurants all conveniently within walking distance. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
