Beachfront holiday rental in Avalon

Location right in the middle of everything. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. A minute to the boards and beach. Nice to have an off street parking spot.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

This was a perfect place for us - well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to every place and everything we needed. Alain was extremely responsive to questions and provided many helpful suggestions, which were also much appreciated. Alain made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near a beach, walk to get coffee and pastries, and have a quiet place to stay with friends or family.

The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible views! We loved our stay and plan to book again! Comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating options from which to enjoy the incredible views. Comfortable beds and all furniture in great condition. Only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the lighting outside the front door. Many positives to our stay

Incredible stay. We have decided to never stay at any other place from now on. Nancy’s listing and co. have been tremendously accommodating and respectful. The place was immaculate and the ocean view was surreal. The condo unit was spotless and most comfortable. Will most certainly stay with you guys again. Had our first visit to Catalina, and I'm so glad we found this gem. The condo was beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. If you didn't know better, it looks like you are in Greece! You can see down to the private beach (Note:pebbles, not sand) and hear the waves crashing easily from the balconies. Everything is as described, the home was impeccably cleaned, and EVERY, SINGLE, THING throughout the entire condo was nautically themed. Dishes, towels, bedding, decor; It was absolute delight! Plenty of extra blankets & towels, and space heaters should you need them. Also major bonus - you get your own golf cart included. This is a secluded community, so not within walking distance of downtown Avalon, but if you prefer the serenity of hearing the waves and having a perfect view of the sunrise, this is a perfect spot. Oh, and Amber was incredibly prompt and courteous with responding. Should we go to Avalon again, I'm sure we will try to book here first.

Wonderful stay! We were able to get in a couple hours prior to advertised check in on a holiday weekend which was much appreciated so we didn’t have to lug our bags around. Frankly, I thought the place was even better than the pictures and the setting of Hamilton Cove unbeatable. The unit was clean and well appointed and the accompanying golf cart made getting around easy. Would highly recommend staying here as my family will rebook whenever we return.

Really an extraordinary place to stay with wonderful hosts. Cannot recommend more - will stay again. It's not far from Avalon - an extremely enjoyable 5 min golf cart ride to and from. The quick drive to town lets you experience a slice of the island that you may miss just staying on the main roads. The hills, cliffside, wildlife and ocean views we got just coming back from the store were worth the trip itself. Having a gold cart is a HUGE benefit - it was a game changer. The layout and décor make it a relax and spacious environment with plenty of spots to enjoy the view. It feels like home when you walk in - spotless, the interior decorating is amazing and the view! I could sit in the living room all day relaxing. It's just the epitome of a vacation home. It's quiet and private - the appliances all feel brand new. The deck is extremely spacious and a wonderful spot to sit and eat/enjoy. I cannot speak more highly of the hosts. Brent is great person and went above and beyond.

We had such a fantastic stay, what a fantastic place! The unit was breathtaking, just a few signs of wear and tear but the island humidity can be a challenge for showers! The decor was delightful, the beds and bedding supreme, the golf cart a fantastic feature, and the views! Oh my gosh! I spent each morning enjoying a cup of coffee watching the sun rise, and each evening, snuggled into the luxurious reading chair, feel propped up with a cozy blanket, reading a book to the delightful occasional ocean sounds of waves and seals. An absolute gem of a location!

This Airbnb was amazing 10/10. Private, romantic, great view, clean, spacious, and so much more. The golf cart is a little on the older side, but it beats renting a golf cart for those crazy prices. The cart was reliable and convenient. The host was so flexible and provided rapid response to any questions I had. I would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiffanys lovely home for our anniversary. The unobstructed ocean views are truly amazing from this unit! Very peaceful setting on corner (with easy stairs access) so balcony felt private. The bed is also super comfortable for a tranquil good rest. And the kitchen was a great bonus to use when we preferred to dine in. Also the host had great communication & hospitality. A good stay overall. Looking forward to returning again someday. Thanks!

These hosts turned hosting into a science, it's as if they predicted when a guest will want when and where and made accommodations for it, even to the minute detail of running an extension HDMI cable from the back of their tv to the front for convenience instead of wrestling with the back of the tv. Everything was in such a convenient and logical place that it makes me wonder if they have professional experience in hotel hospitality or interior design. They were a complete joy to work with and made sure all the instructions were clear and concise so there was no question on how to get there, what codes to use and where things were located. One of the best experiences I've pretty much every had, and I travel the world going to 6 to 10 places a year including abroad. Will definitely be back again!!!

This was our second trip to Catalina but our first time staying in Hamilton Cove. We will definitely come back. The location has so many amenities but downtown is still easily accessible by golf cart. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and private beach. Trevor’s place had all of the sports equipment you might need which was really nice and the view is stunning.

We had a truly fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property itself was lovely - beautifully decorated, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially appreciated how incredibly well-stocked the kitchen was. Seriously, they thought of everything! It made cooking and enjoying meals so easy and enjoyable. Beyond that, the communication with the host was excellent, check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would absolutely consider staying here again. The only minor point to note for future guests is regarding the golf cart. While it was convenient for getting around, it seemed to lack a bit of power, especially when going uphill. This wasn't a major issue for us, but something to be aware of. Despite the slight issue with the golf cart's power, the positives of this Airbnb far outweighed this one small drawback. We highly recommend!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
