Welcome to our newly renovated and family-friendly summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. Here, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature, with mountains, forests and lakes nearby – perfect for both relaxation and excursions. On the property, there are cows, a horse and a cat, which are generally appreciated by both children and adults. In summer, there are cosy cafés within walking or cycling distance, as well as lovely swimming spots, fishing waters and forests rich in berries and mushrooms. Duvets and pillows are available. Guests can bring their own bedding or rent it for AUD 60 per set.

Norderön, Rapp-Anders Cottage Summer accommodation

Welcome to Norderön, a lakeside holiday home from the 1800s with a genuine and natural feel. Here, you can live simply and peacefully on a plot close to the lake. The house has a kitchen, and outdoors there is both an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower with hot water. There is a cosy outdoor toilet(!) near the house. Norderön is a place with history and soul, where the ferry ride is the start of the experience. Deer and moose are often seen. At the same time, there is a golf course, restaurant and canoe rental nearby. Perfect for those seeking tranquillity, nature and a genuine island feeling.

Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave and refrigerator) and two sleeping alcoves - one with two 80 cm beds and the other with two 70 cm beds, which can be put together to make double beds. Sofa and TV in one of the sleeping alcoves. Office space for connecting computer to screen and WiFi. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with a road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and a snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

This accommodation is suitable for up to 4 people Please note that the sleeping loft has low ceilings. On the property, there is also a villa Amenities: Fully-equipped kitchen with spacious dining area, bathroom with toilet and washing machine with dryer and bedroom with bunk bed. On the 15 sqm sleeping loft there is a double bed. Parking is included. This unique home has its own style.

You will be close to everything in Duved when you stay in this centrally-located accommodation. About 100 meters to the village lift that takes you to Hamrebacken in Duved and the ski bus to Åre. 400 meters to ICA. Cozy little guest house with its own entrance, small kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Shower, toilet and washing machine available. Take out and dispose of garbage, the garbage can is on the driveway, recycling is on the other side of E14 before the length tracks. Cleaning included.

Ski-in från Duveds pister, endast 200 m till Indalsälven för fiske & bad. Stugan ligger mellan fjäll och älv – lugnt, naturnära och nära allt. På vintern Skidbackarna når ni på en kort promenad, hem åker ni Ski-In. Vill ni utforska Åre eller Björnen finns busshållplatsen precis utanför (hållplats Sotargränd). På sommaren Indalsälven med bad/grillplats och fiske ligger bara 200 meter bort. Vandringsleder finns i anslutning. Duveds restauranger når ni på en kvart till fots, eller ta bussen.

In a detached guesthouse of approx. 60sqm, on our farm, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åreskutan and Kallsjön. The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation, beautifully located next to Lake Åre in Björnänge. Close to beach , ski slopes and cross-country trails, as well as grocery stores. If desired, it is possible to add a boat during the summer, as well as a heated garage and Spa bath and cold bath (both are located by the main building). A lovely, sheltered terrace with views of Skutan, Lake Åre and Renfjället. The studio is newly built and offers everything you could wish for.
