Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Large living room with fireplace. Ceiling height about 290 cm gives good space. Nice panoramic view of Skutan and Årealen. Balcony. When the snow has settled Ski-in / Ski-out via the ski path to Björnlift valley station, again via Järvenliften. In summer, there are extended cycling routes in Björnen, a climbing park, a pump track, zip lines and more in the Åre area. Final cleaning is included.
