Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bedlinen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years (or in parent's party) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two kids or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Tottens byväg is Åre's oldest district and is an idyllic place only 10 minutes' walk from Åre center, where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, Systembolaget, cafés, etc. Only 5 minutes' walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åre ski system. Porch with wonderful views, morning and evening sun The apartment has its own entrance & parking & is located in a permanent residence.

Super nice 2nd floor apartment of about 40 sqm with a great location in Åre village. Nice patio overlooking Lake Åresjön. Only a 10-minute walk to the station and Åre square, 3 minutes to the ski bus, grocery store and liquor store. The apartment has 4 comfortable beds (1 double bed of continental model 160 cm + 1 sofa bed of very high quality 160 cm). The rent includes access to a heated storage room for storing skis and boots. A comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a nice and relaxing vacation!

Central top floor, proximity to EVERYTHING

The apartment is centrally located in Åre with magnificent views of Åre village and Åresjön. It is close to everything, 100 meters to the gondola, the toilet lift and the VM6. Åre square is just a stone's throw down to the right. Very well-equipped and comfortable apartment. Spacious lockable ski shed. Possibility to rent parking is just outside. Welcome!
