The accommodation has a nice atmosphere and is very pleasant, beautiful, unique and spacious as well as well-organized and practical. Five spacious rooms with up to 11 beds, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with washing machine, ski boot dryers, electric drying rack. Nicely located by the river and St Olavsleden/pilgrim trail, 30-minute drive to several mountain villages in Åre municipality. With nearby illuminated trails/cross-country ski trails and fishing waters. The entire accommodation is rented out and as a bed/breakfast (there is another listing with 5 places).

Åre Björnen "ski in ski out"

The apartment has ski in-ski out with access to the entire Åres lift system, ski rental and shops as well as restaurants around the corner and just over 500 m to the cross-country trails 1-15 km with electric light track 3 and 5 km. The bus to Åre is within walking distance. Balcony in the southwest, view of Åredalen/Åre Skutan. You need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases and towels, it is fine to wash during the week as we have a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped with most things you need, as well as spices, flour, etc. We have an ironing board and iron.

Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! Herbret is 80 meters from Åresjön, 10 meters from the lake stands the sauna, 200 meters is the ski slope Vm8. Bus station 200 m to take you to the village core. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about a 20 minute walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. However, sheets are NOT included. Good to know, the train rails are close, noise of trains a few times per day. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups of the host Fia, she will communicate that with the guest.

Free parking, free wifi, 3 different ski lines in the network unit, one called Åre (8 mil), as well as Gräftåvallen and Bydalen (2.8 mil). All three places are quite popular. in the area there is ICA shop, pastry shop, restaurant, tourist agency, library, hairdresser, ceramics store, gift items, scooter association, possibility to fish, hunt, walk in the forest or cross-country ski etc. Close to flight and train station, very good traffic communication. Nice environment as well as very nice nature experience.

Guesthouse by Åreskutan and Kallsjön

In a detached guesthouse of approx. 60sqm, on our farm, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åreskutan and Kallsjön. The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.
