A conservatory with a glass veranda and a large sun terrace provides another large common space. The cottage is 150 meters next to Hotagen, with its own swimming area and boat that takes you in 5 minutes to the well-known fishing waters of Hotagsströmmen. In winter, you can rent our snowmobiles and use the snowmobile trails outside the node. The cross-country ski trail is right at the door.

The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.

Annars går det bra att gå ca 1,3 km, ca 20 min promenad. Skiduthyrning SkiStar ca 500m. Ingår INTE lakan. Två 90 cm sängar. Bra att veta! Tåg rälsen ligger nära, ljud av tåg några gånger per dag/kvällar. Under din vistelsen kan bastun hyras ut till grupper av värden Fia, hon kommer kommunicera det med gästen.

The wigwam is 30m2 and has a 160x200 real bed with bedding and extra blankets. It is heated with a wood stove for fresh nights. You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake and the canoes, and free private sessions at the sauna. A breakfast basket is included.

A rustic yet ultra-modern, cozy timber house. Here you can spend your time wonderfully from a short stay to a longer stay. The accommodation is absolutely quiet and idyllic between the forest and the river Ammerån. There is a smart TV through which you can watch your series as usual (with Netflix or another streaming provider). The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a spacious shower room with a washing machine. 6 people can comfortably fit here.

The farm is of a high standard and has a lovely garden that is open for you to enjoy! For the children, there is a trampoline, playhouse and swings to entertain themselves with. Adjacent to the apartment, there is also a sauna and a large hot tub for up to 12 people that can be used for a fee.
