Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. In a forest glade among tall pines and only 30m from Lake Ottsjön overlooking the slope of Ottfjället, you will find the cozy lake cottage! In all its simplicity, without running water and electricity, the house and surroundings have something completely unique to offer. The silence is palpable and you are far from everyday stress with proximity to fantastic hiking trails, the possibility of fishing and wonderful swimming. Here you can be on your own, but the cottage is only 2 km from Ottsjö with Ica, a newly-built sauna and rental boats.

You live close to vast wilderness in Grövelsjön and Foskros, three ski resorts and fly fishing in Storån, as well as neighboring Idre Golf. You have a nice forest behind the property with blueberries and mushrooms, a 3.5 km plowed walking path and a cold dip in the river ten minutes walk away. As well as bike paths. This is a perfect place for those of you who want nature experiences, outdoor life, skiing, snowmobiling or resting and enjoying life and tranquility. It is about 30 minutes by car to Idrefjäll for skiing etc. Also visit Sweden's highest waterfall where you can also see the world's oldest trees, both of which are located in Fulufjället with fantastic hiking trails in wonderful nature.

Accommodation on the ground floor of a typical house, ideally located on the Vildmarksvägen. In the heart of nature, this peaceful place is perfect for a relaxing family stay. Direct access to the lake for lovers of fishing or calm by the water. It all started when a French couple, lost in Scandinavia during the pandemic, found refuge in Sweden. Nothing foreshadowed this departure, and yet here we are, surrounded by the snowy expanses and the silence of the great outdoors.

Relax in this peaceful space! Modern cottage with amazing view of Lofsdalen. In the autumn of 2025, the cottage was renovated and received large panoramic windows that frame the mountain views. In connection with the renovation, a spacious terrace with a hot tub and a sauna house was also added. Here you can really enjoy the view and relaxation. Two golf courses in the nearby area and nice hiking opportunities.
