The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Log cabin 55 sqm located on the sandy shore of Lake Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Beds: sleeping loft 140 cm wide and sofa bed 140 cm wide = 4 beds in total. Associated bed mattresses provide comfortable beds. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Dining table and four chairs. Large south-facing patio with table and 4 chairs. Smaller but well-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and oven. Outdoor grill. WIFI. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.
